((These islands are the great country in the sky that consist of hundreds of islands and the great capitial residing on the largest of these hovering isles. These are the lands of great military power that makes many other countrys fear its ability in war as it has taken many other small countrys. As powerful it is doesn't stop its imense beauty covering the overhead skies to the south horizen above the ocean on which Rakkan resides. This country overlooks the entire Continent.
The great capital of the Twilight Islands of amazing scenary and home of some of the most respected faimlies of the country))

Rebellion walked the widened streets of the Capital "I really don't belong somewhere like this" he said to himself with his white hood of his tathered jacket over his white hair trying to cover it up to avoid attention to him. He slowly paced down the long wide streets of the city looking for a means of leaving.

Rilah walked through the city, doing nothing in particular. It was early enough in the day for her to not be worried about finding something to eat; she could find some work later.
The wind tugged at her hair and clothes, stealing away any warmth. She huddled further into her sweatshirt and kept walking. She hummed a song to herself and turned onto a different, more crowded street. Suddenly, she bumped into someone.
"Oh, sorry," she said quickly, looking down apologetically. She glanced at him, seeing white hair covering his head, yet didn't look too much older than herself.
She was curious, because it didn't look like it was dyed, but she didn't say anything.

Rebellion knocked over attempted to situate his sword he carried upon his back and lifted himself slowly
"Don't be sorry I wasn't paying much attention"He said getting back up.
He looked at the girl as if she was kinda staring at his hair. He flipped his hood back onto his head "And Yes its my natural hair color"

Rilah patted some of the dirt off of his shoulder and sleeve, still feeling extremely bad.
"Is it really? That's so amazing. I'm pretty sure it's uber," she said with a smile.

"I'm not going back to that place so I have to attmpt and avoid attention to myself" Rebellion stated with a monotone voice.
"It not really all that amazing it brings to much attention to me and for being a rouge Chaotican and Hell Knight its not a good thing."

Rilah refrained from questioning, so instead she suggested, "Then why don't you wear a hat on your head? Along with your hood. I would think that that should work pretty well to keep your hair color inconspicuous, no?" She was starting to wish that she'd worn a hat today herself, as the wind was blowing her own hair around.

"If I did that it may bring even more attention to myself don't you think it would seem I'm up to something or that's how it may seem to other people I'm sure and I kind dislike hats", Rebellion stated as the wind took his hood off his head he just gave up on it and let his white hair move itself with the blowing of the wind not bothering to put his hood on again.

A young woman in a hooded cloak smiled as she spotted a man with white hair. She walked passed him and easily took his wallet while he was talking. Sneaky, eh? She stuffed it in her pocket and went on her merry way, letting out a slight chuckle as she turned to go pick pocket someone else on a different street. The young girl stared at the ground, walking around and trying not to look suspicious.

Rebellion noticed as the girl pickpocketted him "If you'll excuse me a moment" He said to the girl whom he was currently talking to as he walked in the general direction to where the pickpockett was "I think you took the wrong one" he said as he pulled out his wallet shoing its his real one and took back the fake one and showed her the contents which was a note stating "Nice Try Maybe another time you'll get the right one".

Rilah smiled at his response, entertained. She herself never would have thought of caring two wallets around; not that she had money to protect anyways. She looked over at the theif, watching for her reaction.

"Awh, fail." Luna sighed as she kicked the ground. She removed her cloak to reveal her rather skimpy outfit, "What kinda person carries around two wallets anyways!" She ranted, crossing her arms in disappointment, "Sounds kinda suspicious to me..."

Lita turned to Rilah, "Yeah, but I know I'm being suspicious!" She said, "Seriously though." Lita continued, "Two wallets. Paranoid, much?" She rolled her eyes and debated in her head about going after the real wallet and leaving.

"I suppose," Rilah replied, chuckling lightly. The wind blew her hair into her face, so she shook it out of the way.
"I'm curious," Rilah cocked her head at the girl, "What would you have done with the money if you actually had gotten it?"
