Firstly you must buy a dragon radar which everyone can buy due to their starting zeni. Once you have that radar the dragonballs are in these locations as followed.
1 Star DB-Glacier
2 Star DB-Glacier
3 Star DB-Ocean Underwater
4 Star DB-Plains
5 Star DB-West City
6 Star DB-Wasteland
7 Star DB-Mountains
How to find them:
You must go toward any fo those places once there you get a maximum of 5 tries each three days. To get the dragonballs
Example:
Say you want the one star ball.
You go to the glacier area. You add to your post looking for dragonball and you generate a random number between 1 and 20 if you get number 1(because the dragonball is the one star) the dragonball is yours but remember if you fail you get 4 more tries until the next day.
In my post I generated the number 14 so I did not get the dragonball.
Same goes for other 6 you have to generate the numbers

Here I will post who has them currently and you would be able to battle the for the dragonball you win and the ball is yours.

Immortality-Beware you wish this wish yo ucannot die but if you are inferior to your opponent you will be trapped in the Dead Zone.
