TABLE OF CONTENTSIntroduction About DemonsProfile Skeletons Neko Profiles Beast Profiles Inu Profiles Tangu Profiles Orocho Profiles Miza Profiles Traitor Profiles BREAK ALL RULES: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT DEMONS GeneralOne of the most infamous factions, the Demon Faction is also one of the most versatile, coming in a large variety of size, color, strength, and skills. They live across the entire continent and have all kinds of enemies and allies. Because of this, general knowledge is extremely hard to come by, and some of it is purely inferred based on observation. Demons are a colorful race, as are their personalities and strengths, having a little bit of everything in the gene pool. However, though all subfactions are quite different, they all have an uncanny urge for blood when provoked. Everything else, however, is pretty much what you would call a 'grab bag'. A little bit of everything. SUBFACTION ONENekoAboutOne of the most well-known subfactions, Nekos are notorious for their skimpy clothing and flirtatious nature - especially the girls. They have the ability to change into creatures of the cat family, and thus have several smaller clans inside their subfaction based on their heritage - predominately of which are the Big Kat and Small Kat clans, which pretty much divvy up the entire subfaction. They also have the potential to have several different feline demonic forms of power, depending on the strength of the Neko. These different levels however, have yet to be studied enough to be classified. Nekos - in their humanoid form - look for the most part like humans. however, there is one key difference: Nekos have cat ears and tail. Apparently, these traits cannot be willed away in the transformation. Nekos are incredibly curious, and adore playing with sparkly or shiny objects. However - though naturally playful - they have the potential to be very cunning, and very vicious. All Nekos should be treated with caution, as they have the knack for letting things of value 'accidentally' drop into their pockets. SUBFACTION TWOBeastAboutA ruthless subfaction, Beast Demons don't kill to live; they live to kill. Fighting is their specialty, and power is their life. Usually taking on the characteristics of bulls or bears, they rarely take on their full humanoid forms, and prefer to rather terrorize the countryside in their demonic shapes. They tend to lack self-control and discipline, and are always itching for a fight. Because most of them prefer brawn over brain, weapons are a common sight in Beast Demon camps. Though rather dumb, their physical strength is a force to be reckoned with, and a might to fear. However, most of them seem to have a soft spot for pudding. The reason for such is unknown. SUBFACTION THREEInuAboutYears ago this subfaction defined the word 'loyalty', sticking together during a Demon civil war thousands of years ago that threatened to destroy the entire subfaction for good. Because of the Inu Demons' faith to each other, they had managed to end the civil war and save both the subfaction and the faction as a whole, for no Demon Faction would be complete without the Inu. The Inu are the dog-demons, carrying the traits of either wolf or dog and able to change between human and canine at will. This similarity cause this subfaction to be mixed up with the Lycanthrope faction, but there are a few key differences when trying to tell apart Lycanthropes and Inus. Inus are smaller and more dog-like rather than wolf, and they tend to be louder than Lycanths. Inu pups are born as pups, while Lycanth children are born human and change into their wolf form when they grow older. Inus are energetic, bouncy, and incredibly loyal to everyone who manages to gain their trust. Like Nekos, they are also unable to hid their canine ears and tail while in their human form - which is also another thing that sets them apart from Lycanths, who can hide their true form entirely. Inus have large amounts of energy, and are exceptionally powerful when trained correctly. However, they have the reputation to be a little reckless and klutzy. SUBFACTION FOURTanguAboutA somewhat picky subfaction, the Tangu Demons are thoughtful and quiet, but at the same time ear-splittingly loud when threatened. Taking on the personalities and characteristics of different birds, this subfaction is similar to the Neko in the fact that they have smaller clans inside the subfaction. Their personalities tend to match the coloration of the birds they turn into: Macaws are loud and chatty and colorful, while crows are suspicious and quiet. All Tangu Demons tend to be more comfortable in groups than by themselves, and - depending on the bird - can have the tendency to be a bit of a coward, preferring flight over fight. Tangus have the ability to hide all physical aspects of their bird heritage while in their human form, and they can also do partial transformations where their wings appear and they are capable of flight. They are gifted with sharp eyesight and hearing and - because they have such fast heart rates - tend to eat a lot. They are either vegetarians or pure carnivores, depending on the bird. Some of them are also very good singers. SUBFACTION FIVEOrochoAboutThis subfaction is a sly one, full of cunning intelligence and subtle manipulation. Being able to change into all kinds of snakes, this subfaction varies from poisonous cobras to suffocating boas - both are equally lethal. Able to change between human and snake at will, their tongues have slight indention on the tip where it becomes forked, and their canines are always long and/or poisonous, depending on the snake, no matter what form they take. If they aren't venomous, then they are exceptionally powerful on the physical level when in their human form. Like the other subfactions before it, the Orocho subfaction tend to have the real animal their subfaction symbolizes as pets, most of them trained to attack in battle or act as scouts. The Orocho subfaction is a dangerous group, twisted and deceitful, and unable to be trusted. To counteract that though, they are incredibly smooth talkers, and they are able to get almost anything they want. They are also extremely sensitive to fear and are capable of sensing body heat even in absolute darkness. Because of this, they are sometimes hired as assassins. FINAL SUBFACTIONMizaAboutThis subfaction is without doubt the strangest of the Demon families. Taking on the characteristics of sharks, the Miza in their human forms have to constantly drink water in order to keep hydrated - salt or freshwater, depending on the shark - and are purely meat-eaters. They don't keep pets around - mainly because they would probably eat them - and prefer to travel alone rather than with a group. When in their human form, they have insanely sharp teeth and their skin seems to possess a blue tint. They also seem quite partial to swords and other large and devastating weapons. Foul-mouthed and quick-tempered, the Miza are quick, powerful, and can smell even the smallest drop of blood from miles away. They do, however, have the reputation to be a little dense and also - by the description of other factions - stupid. Though for the most part unintelligent, they are lethal both in water and on land, and have an appetite to match. Caution should be exercised when dealing with a Miza Demon. FACTION EIGHT DemonEND

TABLE OF CONTENTSIntroduction About Demons Profile Skeletons Neko ProfilesBeast Profiles Inu Profiles Tangu Profiles Orocho Profiles Miza Profiles Traitor Profiles MISCHIEVOUS: NEKO Username: SilentShadowDreamer Character Name: Sahara Purmedai Subfaction and Clan: Neko, of the Big Kat Klan Age: 41 Bio: Looking back, Sahara can say with certainty that not all of it was his fault. She was young and stupid, and he was older and stupid, but God, they both failed so badly. Back in her younger days, she’d been flirty and silly with the best of them, and she was idiotic enough to fall in love with an older man in her clan. An older, important man. It was her first real, serious relationship, and, well…she didn’t take the proper precautions or get the promises and assurances that a more experienced Neko would have demanded. That was how she found herself with child at about twenty years old. Of course, her first instinct was to tell the child’s father. Being young and stupid, she went with it. If she’d thought about it, she would have realized that it was a dumb thing to do. By far the smarter alternative would have been to disappear for a while and come back once the child was born and living elsewhere, but Sahara’s mind didn’t work like that back then. She went with her heart, and was smacked down hard for it – Nekos might be promiscuous, but they weren’t any more forgiving towards unmarried young women in the family way than anyone else. He refused to admit any responsibility, insisted the child she carried wasn’t his, and at the end of a long and ugly argument, Sahara left the clan under a cloud. It isn’t really official or anything, but she knows she and Sandrin wouldn’t be welcome if they tried to go back. So they’ve been wandering ever since – Sahara has never been able to find a place to settle down and raise Sandrin the way she’d wanted to. She often thinks of what could have been, and wonders if Sandrin would be happier if they’d found a place to settle, but in the end there’s nothing she would change, because changing the past would mean losing her son. Persona: Sahara certainly doesn’t act like a Neko. At least that’s what she’s been told many times. Raising her son on her own with no one to look to for help, Sahara grew up fast, and thus is a lot more mature and responsible than most Nekos her age. Although she’s cheerful, easygoing and friendly once she gets to know you, she’s very hesitant to get close or trust, terrible at flirting and rather shy around people she’s attracted to. Her curiosity is boundless, however, and she’s sweet and eager to please. She’s generally a very peaceable creature, ready to give anyone a second chance and very forgiving. Her tenderness towards young folk is quite remarkable, and she’s very maternal, particularly towards younger Neko females. The only time she has been seen to become violent or dangerous in any way is when there is a threat to Sandrin or one of the young people she ‘adopts’; however, when she does get violent, the outcome is lethal. Weapons/Spells: Sahara carries a blowgun and a set of poisoned darts, but these are strictly for self-defense should they not be able to use their demonic forms for whatever reason. Sandrin is not to touch them on pain of death. Mission in Life: Sahara’s only mission in life is to guide Sandrin along the right path, teach him to accept what happened so long ago, and hopefully survive the attempt. Quirks: Sahara has a paralyzing fear of small spaces, and being confined in any space too small for her to take on her demonic form and have room for a running start is enough to send her into something very like a panic attack. Any Factions or Subfactions They Like? Why?: Sahara likes everyone, pretty much. Any They Hate? Why?: She hates no one, although she does tend to worry about Head Hunters – the way her boy is shaping, she’s afraid that one day he’s going to run into them. Demonic Form: Sahara takes the shape of a clouded leopard. Theme Song: You’re Gonna Be, Reba McEntire Line of Song that Made You Choose That Song: “You're gonna fly with every dream you chase. You're gonna cry, but know that that's okay. Sometimes life's not fair[…]I'm afraid you'll have to suffer through some of my mistakes…” although the entire song works very well. Username: SilentShadowDreamer Character Name: Sandrin Purmedai Subfaction and Clan: Neko, of the Big Kat Klan Age: 16 Bio: Sandrin has spent his entire life regretting. Wandering with his mother for as long as he can remember, he knows the story that sent them traveling – the fact that he was born. Just the knowledge that he does not officially exist, and that his mother was exiled for his sake, slowly destroyed any chance of growing into the happy and affectionate child he started life as. His magical and practical training (in secret, of course, so as not to worry Sahara) started early, and he takes it very, very seriously – so seriously that he has become very advanced for his years. One day, he has vowed, he will take revenge on all those who sent them away merely because he had the temerity to exist, and she the strength to hold on to him. Although he has yet to pry actual names loose from his mother, he knows he’ll get them eventually. And he can wait – he has the time. In the meantime, he has continued his training, and plans to one day be the best. When the time comes, after all, there can be no doubts. Persona: Sandrin is a very resentful boy who acts quite adult for his age – it has been speculated that this is due to their outcast status. There is a sarcastic or sardonic tone to everything he says, and as soon as it seems he could be friends with someone, he shuts down completely and refuses to let them in. Moody and viciously temperamental, Sandrin is a very dangerous young man in the making. He tends to treat everyone with the same cold disdain, except for his mother, who he’s very protective of; anyone who tries to be friendly with her, and who does not have Sandrin’s approval, will soon have a very large young leopard attempting to remove their head from their shoulders. This has made for several very awkward situations in the past. Weapons/Spells: Sandrin was born with a strange capability, one neither he nor Sahara had ever heard of, to shift his demonic form from its usual leopard shape to something resembling an enormous hellcat – just seeing him in this shape is often enough to terrify would-be attackers on the road. This does come with its drawbacks, in that afterwards he is physically and magically exhausted for at least twenty-four hours, so it takes a very dire threat indeed to make him shift his shape that way. Aside from this and his usual demonic form, which is lethal in and of itself, Sandrin has a bunch of throwing daggers hidden in his clothing. His mother doesn’t know about them, and he’d like to keep it that way. Mission in Life: Sandrin’s stated goal is to find a way to force their clan to accept them once again; his secret goal is to find out who his father is (since his mother has very wisely told him nothing) and punish him for what the man put his mother through. Quirks: The opposite of Sahara, Sandrin is uncomfortable in very wide-open spaces – he needs a point of reference on his horizons, or something to block his view so it feels less as though he’s staring into eternity. Any Factions or Subfactions He Likes? Why?: Sandrin has a grudging respect for those that have proven themselves as fighters. Any He Hates? Why?: Sandrin holds a deep anger towards his own subfaction – or rather, his own clan, for forcing his mother out. He has no problem with the Small Kat Klan. The boy also has a dislike for those who cannot or will not fight; he thinks they’re cowards. Demonic Form: Sandrin has a more conventional leopard shape than his mother. At least…most of the time. Pets: Ishabel: She appeared seemingly from nowhere shortly after Sandrin discovered his strange ability, and has been following him like a devoted pet ever since. Although she doesn’t speak, Sandrin swears he can understand her. Theme Song: Me Against the World, Simple Plan Line of Song that Made You Choose That Song: “I'm a nightmare, a disaster. That's what they'd always say I'm a lost cause, not a hero[…]Me against the world…” Username: Luminol Lights Character Name: Aysel Royaltail Subfaction and Clan: Neko, of the Big Kat Klan Age: 49 Bio: The oldest royal princess of the Big Kat Klan, Aysel was always raised for greatness. When her mother was carrying her, it was discovered that another powerful and influential family of the Klan was also having a child. A boy. It was quickly decided that they were to wed. Sadly, however, it was not to be. The boy, as a newborn kitten, was kidnapped. For a long time, it was presumed that he has been killed by a crazed political activist. Aysel grew up with close connections to the grieving family, declaring them to be her aunt and uncle, despite the lack of marriage. As time went on, Aysel grew into a wonderful young woman. Should her brother, a remarkably irresponsible man, fail to lead the Klan properly, it was decided that she should take over. She was much better suited for it anyway. Aysel was continuing her studies for these almost certain times when a chain of events set themselves into motion. A man, a traitor, was captured and executed. His crime? Kidnapping children and selling them off as slaves and bodyguards. It was unknown how many accomplices he’d had, or how many children he had sold directly as opposed to a slave trading company, but the paper trail he’d left behind turned up an interesting idea. Perhaps Aysel’s fiancé was not deceased at all. At about the same time as the execution, a rumor appeared on the wind. A Big Kat Klan bodyguard had been seen traveling with a royal member of the Small Kat Klan. When pictures of him were brought back, the resemblance to her aunt and uncle were uncanny. Within a week, a full search party had set out to scour the continent in search of him. Aysel, through much fighting and arguing, managed to win the right to go out and search for him as well. She refuses to give up until she has brought him home. Persona: Quiet and dignified, Aysel exudes an air of royalty. Despite her sultry wear, she commands respect from almost all who meet her. She’s an incredibly determined and stubborn person, however, who doesn’t take ‘no’ for an answer. Don’t let her kind demeanor fool you. Aysel has no qualms about resorting to underhanded means to get her way if the situation absolutely requires it. Weapons/Spells: Aysel fights mainly in her demonic form, though she’s also trained in fencing and is quite skilled with daggers and throwing knives, the likes of which she usually keeps hidden on her. Mission in Life: To find her fiancé, marry him, and one day rule her Klan as a benevolent, but strong, Queen. Quirks: Unlike most Nekos, and despite her seductive air, Aysel is not a promiscuous person. In fact, she is a virgin to this day. At first she merely had no interest in the boys in her life (her brother’s friends—idiots), but it is now due to a determination to save herself for her fiancé. Any Factions She Likes? Why?: Her own, obviously. Otherwise, she hasn’t been outside of her Klan enough to pass judgment on the others. Any She Hates? Why?: Not strongly. She dislikes the Head Hunters on premise, but has never met one. She’s also had a nasty run-in with a group of Dragons before, but doesn’t think it fair to judge the whole species on that alone. Demonic Form: Right there next to her in the picture. It’s surprisingly masculine compared to her. Theme Song: Lions Roar ~ The Hush Sound Line of Song that Made You Choose That Song: "And the desperate search began, all across this sea and land. I just knew I’d find you here. I just knew I’d find you."Other: Aysel seeks out her fiancé not only out of political necessity, but also because she has fallen in love with him. At least, she has fallen in love with the man she imagines him to be: a mixture of her aunt and uncle. Oddly enough, through sheer coincidence, it seems from reports that he’s actually quite like how she pictured.

TABLE OF CONTENTSIntroduction About Demons Profile Skeletons Neko Profiles Beast Profiles Inu ProfilesTangu Profiles Orocho Profiles Miza Profiles Traitor Profiles LOYAL: INU Username: Luminol Lights Character Name: Jordan Lune Age: 37 Bio: Jordan grew up the average pup. She had several brothers and sisters whom she roughhoused with every day, a mother, a father, and an aunt that lived with her. Their house was small, but comfortable. Jordan, on a whole, was happy. She was also advanced. As a child, she grew tired of seeing other Inus look like people and be so much taller than her, so she resolved to get a human form too. So, with sheer determination and little to no training, she figured out a way. This was only the beginning of her stubborn ways. When her older brothers started training to fight, she demanded to join. When she was told that she wouldn't be of help in various situations, she would find a way to insert herself and be of use. It could be said that she inherited it from her father, a man descended directly from one of the token Inus of the infamous civil war. He was like his ancestor, and she was like him. A few years back, it was decided that it was time for Jordan to strike it out on her own. Saying her goodbyes to her family, she left with a bounce in her step and excitement for the future. She may have been inexperienced at the time, but proved to be a fairly quick learner when it came to the ways of the world and of actual battle. She's found herself now trailing in her father's footsteps, making a name for herself in the world through rigorous questing. Persona: Jordan is a stubborn creature built with pure determination in her marrow. Tell her no, and she'll try five times are hard to do it. This said, she has a tendency to be rather reckless and headstrong. All the same though, Jordan is a nice girl who is always rather kind whilst disrespecting your wishes and orders for the sake of her own will. Full of energy, Jordan is hard to keep down in any physical or emotional fashion. Weapons/Spells: Typically, Jordan fights in her full Demon form, roughing it out with an amazing amount of passion. If she is required to fight in human form though, she tends to carry around a simple dagger or two, depending if she broke one or not in an earlier fight. Mission in Life: To have fun and do as she likes, regardless of where it leads her! Quirks: Telling Jordan not to do something tends to get her to do it, unless she chooses not to. Her biggest pet peeve is when others are lazy. She quite simply doesn't understand it. Like many Inus, she can be quite the klutz, often accidentally discovering this or that secretly hidden thing. Jordan is also allergic to hay, go figure. Any Factions or Subfactions She Likes? Why?: Well, obviously, she liked her Inu subfaction, and she is quite fond of the other Demon subfactions as well. It's a loyalty thing. She also enjoys being in the presence of humans, since she is so fond of her human form. Any She Hates? Why?: Less of a hate and more of an annoyance, the unnecessary dislike of her kind from the Lycanths makes her wary to speak with them. Demonic Form: Theme Song: Ricochet--Shiny Toy Guns Line of Song that Made You Choose That Song: "Welcome back to where I'm gonna have you. Shell shock, fall back, anyone I see through"Other: Jordan has a horrible habit of spending money on little trinkets, leaving her rather poor despite her life of questing.

TABLE OF CONTENTSIntroduction About Demons Profile Skeletons Neko Profiles Beast Profiles Inu Profiles Tangu ProfilesOrocho Profiles Miza Profiles Traitor Profiles METICULOUS: TANGU Username: zfatal Character Name: Nare Umbratrer Subfaction and Clan: Tangu, of the Dread Raven clan. Age: He is nearly forty. Bio: The dark, beautiful blue and black wings of Nare's identify him as Dread Raven in Tangu clan. The Dread Raven are known to be singularly solemn, foreboding, and sometimes morose in nature--they say that the Raven can foretell death. Unlike the common relative the crows, raven are generally more respected and revered, while crows are taken by humanity as a symbol of decay. While this is not necessarily true, Nare is completely separate from his 'clan.' Born to a traitor mother, and having a father unknown, Nare was soon orphaned, as said traitor mother was found and killed. Knowing this, and afraid of his own guilt by association, Nare hid his demonic form and took refuge in the world of humans. He never discovered whether his clan would persecute him, because he never asked. As far as he knows, his existence has never been revealed to the Tangu. Older now, and somewhat wizened to the ways of the world, Nare dares to search for information regarding his father and his ancestry. He knows that he is a demon, and that he is Tangu. Obviously, he must be of the Dread Raven (For what else could he be?)--this much, has he surmised. The only difficulty is remaining unknown himself, in the process of discovering his past. Persona: Nare generally tends to remain quiet and impartial--this is how he survived from his bird brethren for so long, he believes. This reserved demeanor often causes him to be perceived as thoughtful, although he takes his time in thinking because of instinct, not intellect. Not to say that this Dread Raven is stupid--he possesses above-average intelligence, but is nothing particularly remarkable. Nare is quick to gauge the personality of others; this is a skill he prides himself on. Likely taking after his Tangu nature, Nare tends to remain clean and well-groomed if possible, but he is a practical soul in that understanding more important things--such as avoiding that sword rather than avoiding the mud behind you--exist. Nare is likely as vain and majestic, graceful and agile, as the next Tangu, and especially the next Dread Raven, but his particularly quiet and self-reserved nature keeps this side of him rather hidden. As far as the solemn and grave aspects of his particular race and clan, Nare is never one for pursuing humor, though he can be morose if the humor presents itself. Generally, toward most of humanity, Nare is silently disdainful, to a small degree, and very withdrawn thereto. Because humanity is so large a part of his entire life, however, Nare has become used to them, and even dares to enjoy their company at most times. Toward fellow demons, Nare is actually joyous--he encounters so few as a demon-to-demon peer, and most will overlook his guise as a human. Even to your fellow demonic race, after several decades of conformity, humanity's stench (so to speak) and mannerisms tend to rub off. Only toward Tangu is Nare uncharacteristically edgy, as they unnerve him. Of course, Orocho can slightly unnerve him as well, but to most demons, an encounter with him is simply another human to pass on by. Any other races, non-demon and non-human, Nare is rather indifferent toward. He has never encountered a headhunter, and probably hasn't realized any time he has conversed with a dragon, or phoenix or such. Weapons/Spells: As a human-in-pretend, Nare is capable of wielding sword and shield, bow and arrow, et cetera. He is not magically proficient, though he only tried once or twice before giving up on it. Incidentally, although Nare is not aware of this ability, his mind is nigh impregnable by mental (psychic) invasion, such as hypnosis, telepathic attack, or mind-reading. Illusions and other similar magics are lessened in effectiveness against him, as well, although he has absolutely no defense against the good old reliable fireball. Like all Tangu, Nare is light, agile, quick-footed, and perceptive. His eyesight is supreme, although other senses are at or around the typical level. As far as strength goes, Nare is more powerful than the average Tangu, being built heavier, though this makes him somewhat sluggish compared to other Tangu (even though he can still run circles around humans). Were he to enter half-demon form, Nare's wings are exceptionally strong and sturdy (as well as beautiful), though his skills in flight are diminished from lack of practice. As a full-demon form--a raven, basically--Nare is lightning fast, but it is difficult to attack anything when you are that small. Nare never uses talons or similar natural weapons in human or half-demon form. Mission in Life: At first, Nare only wished to survive incognito. Recently, he began wondering about his father, and his clan in general. Although survival, and possibly travel, is still his main agenda, finding out about his past is a concern that is continuing to grow in importance. Quirks: Generally speaking, to be quirky is to stand out, and to be memorable. Nare tries to refrain from this at all costs, and so, other than his silver hair (which should tip most off that he isn't a typical human, at the very least), he doesn't stand out much. Through cognitive reconstruction, Nare has essentially silenced any and all traits of the Tangu within him, to seem more human. The traits are still there--he just keeps them quiet. Any Factions or Subfactions He Likes? Why?: Although in a strange, familiar-to-weirded-out range of attitudes regarding humanity, Nare will admit that the race as a whole has captured his true affection. Any He Hates? Why?: Nare does not hate any particular race, aside from headhunters, whom he has heard much about but never encountered personally. Demonic Form: Pets: Not so much of a pet, as an on-and-off companion. One day, Alatus appeared. The fox-type creature, the name of which race Nare does not know, found and followed him one day. At the end of a week or so, Alatus surprised Nare by speaking with a clear, masculine voice. Later, Nare learned of Alatus' hidden wings. The fox is very constructive and helpful--more so in Nare's younger years--and an admirable companion (when he wants to be). Nare still does not know what Alatus is, and any questions about that and similar topics are ignored. Theme Song: Narcolepsy | Third Eye BlindLine of Song that Made You Choose That Song: The whole damn song. XD ( lyrics) Other: The blue markings on Nare's chest, which can be seen on either his human or half-demon form, come and go as they please, apparently. Nare does not know what they mean, nor why they are sometimes visible and sometimes not. Username: SilentShadowDreamer Character Name: Cybil Castaloth. To outsiders, she is Cybil Crow. Subfaction and Clan: Tangu, of the Trickster Crow clan. Age: 21. Bio: Cybil was one of a family of five children. Always the most mischievous and likely to get in trouble, she tended to take the blame for things that weren’t always her fault. To be fair, usually they were. But the fire was not. The fire in their home that killed her youngest sister and her mother was not her fault, but for the millionth time, as it did for everything else, the blame fell squarely on Cybil’s shoulders. Since it seemed to those that blamed her that she was escalating from her childish pranks, it came down to a simple choice: Either she got out until this got out of her blood, or they would throw her out. So she left willingly enough, and intends to stay away until either they feel better about her, or the truth behind the night of the fire comes out. Persona: Although Cybil can be quiet and careful when she has to be, she rarely does have to be. She takes her life as one of the Trickster Crow clan seriously, and despite her caution, she’s very mischievous and loves to play tricks. In the tradition of the crow clans, she’s also much smarter than she looks. She’s wary of outsiders and rarely trusts their intentions, but she can be sweet to those she feels close to. Cybil’s mischievous nature and love of pranks have dimmed down slightly since the fire, but they’re still there. Weapons/Spells: Cybil’s ability to fly forms one of her best weapons, and she often uses it in reconnaissance. Though she’s stronger in spy work than open combat, she can handle long daggers and her prized longbow with equal efficiency. Mission in Life: Ostensibly, Cybil’s sole mission in life is to live it fully, and have as much fun as possible on the way – but in a quiet corner of her mind, she wants to know who or what was really responsible for the fiery deaths that led to her voluntary exile. Quirks: Cybil has a tendency to walk as though she might leap up into the air at any second and not come back down. She’ll also occasionally throw in a few dance steps, completely at random. When she’s in pain – particularly right after an injury – she’ll either get a crazy grin on her face or actually start laughing, and she can never explain what’s so funny later on. Any Factions or Subfactions She Likes? Why?: Cybil is quite fond of the Inu – mostly because they’re so easy to play tricks on. She also likes humans, because most of them cause almost as much mischief as she does. Any She Hates? Why?: Cybil doesn’t like the Nekos or the Orocho – the Nekos are a dislike simply because cats have a tendency to chase her in her bird form, and the Orocho because, well, snakes. Euwwww. Half-Demon Appearance: Demonic Form: Theme Song: Learn to Fly, Foo Fighters Line of Song that Made You Choose That Song: "I’ll make my way/back home when I learn to fly/ high…", although really most of the song fits. Other: All members of Cybil’s clan use the same last name, Crow, when speaking to outsiders, to make sure no one even considers that they might be Ravens, who they aren’t fond of being mistaken for. Within the clan, they have last names of their own, of course. Username: Luminol Lights Character Name: Phirun "Phi" Chanthou Subfaction and Clan: Tangu, of the Pretty Bird Clan Age: 30 Which makes her a young teenager Bio: Phi was born a prodigy. She could talk and fly before most other hatchlings had learned to identify words. Everything that was taught to her, she picked up quickly. While this would normally be something celebrated, it was a fact that Phi later hated. Phi's mother had always dreamed of having power, but hadn't been able to accomplish it with her own skills. With Phi, however.... It all began when Belphe turned down the offer to take over the Clan once the elders passed on. Phi had always loved Belphe, seeing her as an older sister and a best friend, but her choice caused small resentment to grow in her heart. With the ever-loved Belphe gone, Phi's mother saw a perfect opportunity to situate her daughter into the needed position. Immediately Phi was pushed into studying and training harder, and into making nice with people in power. Phi hated it. She had no aspirations in reaching high levels of power, all she wanted to do was have fun and be an average kid. Going against her mother, however, was pretty much asking for a beating. Her mother, to the world, was kind and charming, but was much darker and frightening in private. Phi, on her birthday, was sent out into the world. She was older, her mother said, and it was time for her to get some real life experience. So, out she went. Now she's traveling around, enjoying her freedom while it is there. Persona: Phi is usually your typical girl. She's cheerful, outgoing, stubborn, and easily develops crush on guys, especially the cute older ones. Part of Phi, the side that things of Belphe as an older sister, admires her and wants to be like her, resulting in her trying to imitate some of her actions. Overall, for a prodigy, she is amazingly normal. Weapons/Spells: Naturally, Phi knows how to fight in her demon form. She'd be a sad excuse for a prodigy if she didn't. Phi, however, is also very skilled with weapons. While she knows how to use a large array of them, she usually sticks to her bow and arrow, with which she is a deadly shot. Additionally, she carries around two daggers in her boots for close-combat situations. Mission in Life: To escape her mother's control, and possible to be like, and exceed the accomplishments of, Belphe. She isn't sure yet. Quirks: Phi is a picky eater, openly refusing to eat things like, but not limited to, fish, water fowl, eggs, apples, and broccoli. Her favorite drink is Hot Cocoa, and she needs a small light to sleep with due to her irrational fear of the dark. Any Factions or Subfactions She Likes? Why?: Obviously she likes her own, but she is also fond of Humans. They're such interesting people. Any She Hates? Why?: She can't say that she's fond of things that try to eat her, or Dragons, because of how much room they take up when they fly. Demonic Form: Like this only a bit bigger. Theme Song: Break the Sky--The Hush Sound Line of Song that Made You Choose That Song: "Why do I need anyone else, when I can break the sky myself?"

TABLE OF CONTENTSIntroduction About Demons Profile Skeletons Neko Profiles Beast Profiles Inu Profiles Tangu Profiles Orocho ProfilesMiza Profiles Traitor Profiles MISLEADING: OROCHO Username: SilentShadowDreamer Character Name: Pilarayne (Pilar) Basilikus Subfaction: Orocho, taking the shape of an Inland Taipan Age: Ostensibly twenty-five…however, she’s been claiming that age for quite a while. Her real age could be anywhere from early twenties to early thirties. Bio: Pilar is very sensitive about her past, and tends to become cold and withdrawn whenever someone asks about it. There’s no particular reason for this that anyone knows about – she just doesn’t want to talk about it. Ask her about her future, her family, her homeland, she’s perfectly willing to talk about it all; it’s just when someone gets into the actual details of her own life that she gets defensive and wary. One might even wonder if she’s trying to hide something, if it wasn’t Pilar. Obviously the woman is hiding something – she hides everything. The most anyone has been able to pry out of her is that she was hurt somehow, sometime in the past. Further than that, she refuses to venture – although there have been a few minor suspicions from those who know her best that it might have something to do with her violent dislike of Head Hunters. Persona: Beautiful, insightful and entirely untrustworthy, Pilar is incredibly manipulative and sly. She always knows exactly what she wants and how to get it. If it hurts someone else in the process, no skin off hers. She toys with deceit and lies, often lying for no other reason than to stay in practice. Pilar will unhesitatingly use any advantage that comes her way, and if none do she creates them. Her one and only apparent motto is “Look out for number one”. She trusts very rarely and very little. However, this is not to say she is entirely heartless – she has a soft spot for certain individuals, but by God, they have to earn it, and what wins her over in one individual might just piss her off in another. Consistently unreliable and impossible to predict, Pilar’s certainly interesting (if a little exhausting) to be around – and if you’re still alive and sane at the end of it, you’ll probably have at least earned her respect. Weapons/Spells: You mean besides that quicksilver tongue of hers? Her demon shape – and the incredibly potent venom she wields – are her only weapons most of the time. For safety’s sake (when she’s likely to get stepped on) she has both arrows and a long knife that she has treated with this venom. Get cut by her, and you will most likely die painfully. Mission in Life: To get what she wants. Everything she wants, whatever the cost. Quirks: Although Pilar is very intelligent, she tends to speak in short sentences, using small words (unless of course she wants something and flattery is the way to get it). Either she believes that others are too stupid to understand anything longer than two syllables, or she thinks that disguising her own cleverness will make others underestimate her. Also, asking her questions will result in immense frustration, as she will only answer very specific questions (vague or general ones are ignored), and even then will answer exactly what is asked, and no more. Any Factions or Subfactions She Likes? Why?: Pilar is rather neutral towards everyone. She doesn’t like anyone enough to put their well-being before her own. Any She Hates? Why?: Damned Head Hunters. She loathes them. Yes, of course, it’s not like anyone likes them, but she has a particularly violent and unnatural hatred for the things. Why, she doesn’t say. It seems to be a sensitive topic. Naga Appearance: Demonic Form: Pets: Pilar keeps two snakes with her at all times; one of the same breed as the shape she takes that she has named Sileb, and a black mamba she raised from a baby, called Kylir. Both are quite useful in battle for her, but she’d keep them around even if they weren’t – they’re possibly the only living beings she really loves. Theme Song: b***h, Meredith Brooks Line of Song that Made You Choose That Song: “I’m a b***h, I’m a tease, I’m a goddess on my knees…”Other: Yes, her snake form is cute. For the love of God, if you ever valued anything about your life, don’t pet her.

TABLE OF CONTENTSIntroduction About Demons Profile Skeletons Neko Profiles Beast Profiles Inu Profiles Tangu Profiles Orocho Profiles Miza Profiles Traitor ProfilesEND TABLE OF CONTENTS NOTORIOUS: TRAITOR Username: Doctor_Whiteface Character Name: Orochimaru Ex-Subfaction : Orochi Age: Over 3000, perhaps older than that Why Did He Betray the Faction?: Orochimaru was one of the founding members of the Orochi Subfaction, but over time he grew disillusioned with his people, seeing more opportunities with uniting the Factions against external threats. He is unique among all Orochi in that he manifests traits of all snake breeds, including the camouflage abilities of certain jungle snakes. How Did He Escape?: He simply faded into the background. Over time he appeared to come out of his house less and less often, and then one day his house burned to the ground. All that was discovered was a husk. What Does He Do Now?: Orochimaru lives in the deep forest, making sure that traitors who leave their Faction or their Subfaction have a safe route to wherever it is that they're going. His territory extends as far as the mountain where the Head Hunter traitor Keda lives all the way to the Dragon lands. A different guardian protects the land past that point. Persona: Kind, calm, calculating, ruthless towards anyone who attempts to harm a Traitor within his domain Weapons/Spells: Orochimaru knows near-limitless forest magic, and possesses, among other abilities, the capability to teleport through living wood, the ability to completely vanish to the normal five senses, and the ability to manipulate wood to a certain extent. Mission in Life: To stay alive and to keep others in the same general state as much as possible. Quirks: Unlike a significant portion of the rest of the Orochi subfaction, Orochimaru doesn't speak with a lisp. Any Factions or Subfactions He Likes? Why?: Orochimaru stays neutral as much as possible. Any He Hates? Why?: As above. Naga Appearance: A constantly shifting form that seems to have scales of every conceivable color and shape, and a head that is fixed into a roughly triangular shape. He's about fifty feet long in this form. Demonic Form: A giant primal snake, its form and coloration constantly shifting. Harabe: Deceased Username:Azrael_The_Death_Angel Character Name: Harabe Cisimlendirmek Subfaction and Clan: Ex-Tangu, Devil Hawk clan
