Weapon wise, I would use a LONG spear, not a shortspear like Jades, or a bow, or fontech guns like Legrettas
Strike Arts:
Pow Hammer
Lighting blade(variate the blade for longspear)
Any Eugene tech
Star Gazer (shoot arrow in air, meteor falls down on opponent)
Wyrm Rush (archer move, you create a fiery dragon and it rushes at the opponent and it hits them for quite a while)
Giga Fang (archer)
Sonic bash (archer)
Dragon Slayer(archer)
