we were in the delightful port town of Oban having tea, when our wait person advised "best grab a rain parka, there's wet weather in the forecast".
we said "but we heard it was to be sunny!"
she grinned. "well, that too, of course. it's like that every day."

XD
When I went to Dublin, from everything I heard, I expected it to rain a lot, but it was nothing but clear, sunny weather the whole time. I want to live there (but not because of that).

Thessalonike XD When I went to Dublin, from everything I heard, I expected it to rain a lot, but it was nothing but clear, sunny weather the whole time. I want to live there (but not because of that). so then, that raises (not begs, b ut raises) the question: why then, exactly?

my brother loved Ireland, he spent the summer in Shannon area.
lucky dog, i've never been.
but i did love the island of Iona in the Irish Sea with its constant pearly rainbow mist.
