Contest Thread Rules.
- Follow the basic rules of the guild listed in the sticky in the main guild forum along with the Terms of Service.
Please do not make spam threads in this subforum. The purpose of this sub-forum is for the sole purpose of contest/lotto threads only.
Do not create bump threads in this sub-forum. There is a sticky dedicated to that in the Jibba-Jabba sub-forum.
Highest Donator Contests are prohibited.
--- Any seen will automatically be deleted. First offense the user will receive one warning. Second offense will mean an automatic ban from the guild.
If you decide to close your contest/lotto before the previously set end date you are required to refund the full amount to participants. This does not mean that the creator needs to refund if a contestant decides to quit.
If you want to start a lottery where the prize is i.e. Fairy Wings, you must have the Fairy Wings.
--- Giving the excuse that you will buy the item when you've enough gold from buying tickets is prohibited because of scam risks.
All lotteries/games/contests/etc which require a 'random' winner must use one of Gaia's two random generator post options to present the winners.

Contest/Lotto Owners.
Do not make unrealistic contests/lotto's.
You are allowed to make any contest that you wish.
Do not make any prizes if you do not have the gold/items.
--- For lotto's you must make a prize.
You do not have to make a prize if you do not wish.
--- If you would like to make a prize you are allowed to make the prize whatever you want. Art, items, gold, signs, etcetera.
If you make prizes for your contest you must pay up when the contest ends.
--- Any person that does not pay up is subject to be reported by contest/lotto winner, they will also receive one warning.
You are allowed to make threads with links to your contest outside of the guild.
--- Just write a few sentences on what the contest is exactly.
Contest/Lotto Participants.
If the thread owner decides to close their thread before the end date you may not complain or bash the thread owner.
You can not use mules to win any contest.
You can not buy votes.
--- Any person caught doing this will receive one warning.
