This is Remilia Scarlet, the final boss of EoSD. She is the mistress of SDM. Even though she looks and acts childlike and seems unthreatening, she has a reputation as the fearsome Scarlet Devil around Gensokyo. She's usually self-centered and a bit bratty, but she can be friendly. However many of humans and youkais of Gensokyo would rather avoid her. She is a vampire, her powers including manipulation of fate.
