This is Youmu Konpaku, the 5th boss of PCB, and appears in other games as well. She is the gardener of Hakugyokuro and is a swordsmanship instructor. She has a straight forward, and focused personality. She is loyal and serves her master, Yuyuko, as best as she can. She lives in Hakugyokuro, the tower in Netherworld. She is a half ghost and half human. Despite of this, her two halves aren't mixed together like one would expect, but rather both sides are visible and has a physical form. Her powers includes swordsmanship and concentration.
