I always wanted to go as a Menos Grande for a con but i never had a chance to so i would like to ask how should i make the mask,is there a way to make the mask's mouth open, and how should i make it connect to it's cloak
Another help! Kenpachi's outfit i can deal with but how can i make his sword, it's hilt is hard to make and dunno what to make the sword out of.

A great idea for the sword would be get it from here http://www.swordsswords.com/Kenpachi-Zaraki-Sword.aspx
but when at the con, please don't take it out....at the last one I went to this guy got arrested for having an authentic looking gun inside the con!! And it was plastic, but seriously....don't take it out unless your outside the con.
