Inner Sanctuary
Meditation

Patience: 1
Focus: 2
Risk: 1
Difficulty: 1

No planning required!

1. Consider how you see whatever form of divinity you believe in.

2. Consider your strengths and weaknesses, as well as what you would like to share with the world, and what kind of a person you are.

3. Slow down your breathing, relax, and meditate.

4. Imagine a doorway in before you, and the door is locked. Use what you considered from #1 and #2 and come up with a symbol that represents these things for you, but that mostly represents your connection to the divine.

5. See this symbol turning into a key and unlocking the door. As you step through, imagine the door shutting tight and locking behind you.

6. Imagine a place that feels totally safe to you, and a place that connects you to your spirituality. A place that feels thick in potential for your workings. Take some time to just look around.

7. Find a spot to concentrate your tie in to spirituality with, and let that spot shine a light over you and make you radiate with comfort and protection.

8. Try coming back sometime with the intent of finding a guardian spirit. In fact, test-drive and 'interview' them if you will. When you meditate and call for a spirit, you may find many who appear before you, but so long as you are in this sanctuary, you have control, and you can find a spirit that is special to you.

There is no finalizing or cleanig up, just open your eyes when you're done or if you feel uncomfortable.

I don't really even have results to give. Having a safe place to focus on when meditating can be very good for you, and developing a connection with spirits in a safe environment is important, as well as having a symbol for a guardian to use whenever you wish.
