D-C = 08 AP
C-B = 18 AP
B-A = 32 AP
A-sD = 96 AP
(sD is sort of a demotion, a sacrifice in Attack points in order to gain 1-3 offensive psi abilities, so the process begins again depending on how many powers you acquire)

1-2 = 02 DP
2-3 = 08 DP
3-4 = 18 DP
4-5 = 32DP
(PS:defense points take a knock too)

pretty simple yes? no. It may seem like its easy to progess but IRP (In-battle Recovery Points) can't count towards advancement. However, there will be events (not a regular occurence) where people who aren't mods can speed up their advancement through OOC contests. Prizes can only be applied to one charrie.
