This is Yuyuko Saigyouji, the final boss of PCB, she also appears in other games as well. She is the ghost princess of Hakugyokuro. However she was once a living human. She is cheerful and friendly unlike many ghosts, but she also has an incredible amount of knowledge, which makes people wonder if the ditzy side or the smart side is her real personality. She, of course, lives in Hakugyokuro, her powers including invoking the death in mortals.
