Jennifer R. Strunk is a freelance real estate agent. She has found a hidden market of real estate that has made her millions. She buys and sells Haunted houses. Real blood dripping down the walls, wall paper peeling by itself, messages appearing on the floor, haunted houses. Jen buys these little nest eggs and pawns them off on innocent buyers, after a few days they flee scared out of their minds, and she keeps their money, a sweet gig right? She has sold and resold many of these relics several times. There is a neat little clause in the contract that the home owners must reside in the home for a month period before they can sell it back to her for full bought price, they never last more than five days. So even if they demand for her to buy it back she still keeps 35%. Anybody can make money selling a house once, selling it several times, now that’s an enterprise.
Jen has found herself the mother load of haunted houses. It is on a paranormal hotspot , anybody that dies with unfinished business , serial killers, battered house wives, murder victims, with in a 200 mile radius get drawn there like a moth to a flame. It is brimming with several very violent departed souls. One night in that house would make any lawyer happy rich stuff head, forget about the cool mil he spent on this mansion. She was quite pleased with this find, in fact she decided to hold an open house for potential buyers, It will be a lavish party with all the fixins,’ she’s going to make the money back quicker than her assistant can say “Shaken not Stirred” to the nice man at the open bar.

~RP Details~
Alright, every one can Rp two ghosties and a group/family up to four people. Please have fun and be creative with your characters. You can be either a family or a group of teenagers that showed up to scam on the free food. I would also LOVE someone to play Jenifer R. Strunks’ Assistant.
You may trade ONE family member for a ghost if you would like. It also works in reverse, meaning you can trade one Ghost for an extra family member. Being a survival horror, there are going to be a few casualties.
Everyone can Pick ONE member of their family to be a survivor. In the profile skeleton, post the members in the order of importance, the survivor being number one. Just because a member of the family is not listed as a survivor does not mean they HAVE to die, it’s a survival horror after all. You are also allowed to Rp a good ghost as well, you don't have to have to be a killer ghost, but I prefer you to have one of each, one bad one good.
Keep in mind in this RP ghosts can't stand sunlight and any other kind of bright light. Ghosts can be killed, but you have to trick them in to destroying their own soul object.
A soul object is an item that was very important to the deceased. Their soul is attached to the object that is why they haven’t passed on. A ghost will only pass on if they destroy their own soul object. So for your ghost please post what your soul object is, and where it is located.
also if a member of your family chooses not to destroy their soul object when they die, (keep it in character) then you may continue to rp them as a ghost and help everyone out.
Ghosts please give room for your victim to do something to save themselves. Chase them around a bit. No instant kills with out permission. Now if you want a member of your family to be instant killed, put **Instant Kill** by their name. That is the only time instant kills are allowed ,is if someone wants to die instantly. If you want your instant kill to be reserved by your Ghostie then put **Instant kill** by the name. An instant kill is basically a detailed post of the ghost killing someone with out room for the character to react to defend their selves. Ghost can possess people but only for four posts. To make it interesting you can pm the person you want to posses with what you want them to do, and say. Some people have more resistance to possession than others.
There is one safe room in the mansion. The sun room. It has a giant sky light, and when the sun goes down, there is a giant UV lamp that turns on automatically ,and a storage room packed with food. It kind of gives you an impression that someone lived there a while with the ghosts before. The sun room is located on the top floor, the mansion is four stories tall. There is one elevator and two stairwells. The mansion consists of, a main hall, a music room, a sitting room, a sun room, a large den, and several living quarters, too many to list.
There are small windows through out the mansion. None of them are big enough to crawl through, just big enough to smash the stained glass out for some light. The doors are reinforced steel.
There are only two exits that lead outside.
