What type of mythology interests you the most? Inquiring minds want to know.
I love Greek mythology and Arthurian legends the most. I grew up watching Hercules: the legendary journeys and Xena the warrior princess. Those shows really got me interested in learning more about Greek myths. I am really into Merlin, I have read lots of books that star Merlin or have him in it. The Merlin Mini series was pretty good, I enjoyed the characters I loved reading about come to life in a movie.

When I was in elementary school, my dad introduced me to Greek mythology, so I've been pretty interested in it. He got this neat book all about it, and it had a special section about Norse mythology. And after reading the manwah Ragnarok, I just got even more interested in Norse mythology. 3nodding

Greek and Norse mythology are my favorites, but I want to learn more about Japanese myths. Native American and African folklore and myths are interesting too ^^

We studied the story of Kaguya-hime in my Japanese class in high school. It was very strange... sweatdrop I think that a lot is lost in translation because the Japanese focus on their use of language rather than plot. The plots are pretty good though. 3nodding

XD It is the first couple months though. We're mainly learning to read it and write right now.

I like Greek, Celtic, Japanese (even though I don't know that much about it), and Egyptian mythology. I sorta grew up watching Hercules and Xena, therefore you have my Greek. My Celtic came about when I started reading romance novels, historical and paranormal romance novels are great xd Japanese came about when I began reading up on the different gods and goddesses in each culture and then got put on hold because I realized that our library sucks when it comes to mythology. And Egyptian popped up when I decided I wanted to become an Egyptologist.
Aly, The Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok is by Sakura Kinoshita.

I personally love Celtic, Norse and Arthurian mythology the most although I like Greek and such. My loves have been with me since a young age, probably with living near such cool places in England like Sherwood forest and Merlin's Cave and King Arthur's castle. I'm also only about two hours from Stonehendge which is such an amazing sight to see. I also have a love for water mythology across the board from Japan to Greek to Celtic.

I just remembered and decided to state it. And its not just you that I like proving wrong. If I know the right answer I like proving anyone wrong....I just like the facts to be known.
