I attend a very prestigious private school. My fellow students will definitely attain positions of power after graduation. I have recently founded the documentary club in my school. Perhaps I am being overly optimistic, but I believe I could use leadership position to influence the beliefs of future leaders of the world.
Comrades, I am writing to you to ask for help in this task. Which documentaries should I show to further the socialist cause? So far this is the list that I have made:
Zeitgeist Loose Change The Corporation An Unreasonable Man Sicko Fahrenheit 9/11 Bowling for Columbine Money as Debt
As you can see, this list is not big enough to last a school year. Comrades, what other documentaries can I show that would help us in our cause?

Sick Around the World Commanding Heights: Battle for the World Economy
Try to show some documentaries that are more critical of the socialist position as well, to make it appear as though you are more open-minded, and that you are not focused on any one ideology here. People of the opposite ideology are more likely to listen to documentaries if concessions are made up front. Try to expose them to documentaries that are less socialistic or even critical of socialism to a limited extent every now and then.

Those are all pretty good ones, though I think I'd suggest against F9/11, want to keep them on your good side and people are super sensitive about that unfortunately.
Mom and I have been watching a lot of documentaries lately, most of them are those ones though. xD
The only other ones I can recommend: The End of America (havent watched it yet as its not on Netflix but its based on a book by genius Naomi Wolf about the closing of American democracy) Hemp Revolution (not quite communist but will get people to think differently about resources) Maxed Out (about debt in America)
I'll try to think of some more...
Sounds really fun!!

Thanks comrade. I might do that. Although it is a very prestigious school, the students largely have socialist views already. At least the members of the club do. I would like to reinforce these views so in the future they will act on them.

Thanks poison. I'm not from the US (I'm assuming that you are) so I'd venture to say that people are less sensitive about 9/11 over here. I am from Canada^^

Ohhh. Canada. No wonder xD
Damn, you lucky b*****d you!
I would also suggest in general any movies that show the suffering of others around the world, since if they're both rich and socialist it sounds like they might be compassionate people already.
You might also want to try to initiate discussion and research after watching the movies, and see if anyone feels after this the, hm, motivation to go out and do anything.
I think fostering discussion and openness is the best thing you can do (and let others pick the movies!)

I took a look through Netflix (which you should subscribe to for the documentary xD Except it doesn't have End of America...) and searched for some interesting, highly rated titles, from stuff that would be interesting to socialists to just liberal stuff. Here's what I got (will add them and watch them soon myself). Just so you have a nice list of backups xD
American Drug War: The Last White Hope
A Crude Awakening: The Oil Crash
Bomb It
10 Questions for the Dalai Lama
Gender Rebel
Thin
Blood Diamonds
The Conscientious Objector
The Wobblies
Super Size Me

Two classic documentaries that more or less helped to forge the very entity of documentary were Soviet films.
(Though other documentaries responsible for the genre itself are "Nanook of the North" and "Triumph of the Will")
Turksib and Salt for Svanetia both of which are excellent films about the triumphs and trials of the Soviet people during the first five year plan. Both are silent films, but simply amazing.

DAVID ICKE LIVE AT BRIXTON ACADEMY 2006
This piece is is six hours long, so it's not meant for the weakminded and those who lose interest in things after five minutes.

As I am getting new members, the club seems to be comprised of what I would call secular humanists... It's a beautiful thing <333
