There charts are from FFTA, the first one. These level up growths should help you both in game with making your dream character and for our soon-to-be Role-Playing system as you will need something to tell you how your character will level up. That will be explained within the Role-Playing system itself.
I got the numbers from Terence Fergusson's Mechanics Guide.

Awesome! I may not need this for my FFTA files anymore (all my units are at level 50) but this will sure be helpful on the RPG. I'm not sure if I'll have time to participate though... I sure hope so!
How about the new jobs? I hear a Parivir (weird name for a samurai) gets even more speed than a ninja.
