I have a few suggestions. I run a guild myself, and it's pretty active.
1. Make a Introduce Yourself topic. You can just have members say who they are and what's their favorite Bleach character.
2. If you're gonna have different topics, like your Roleplaying one, make it into a subforum, so you don't have a hundred different ones going in that one thread.
3. The cost for entry is a little high. It doesn't have to be zero, but it can be a little less.
4. People are part of other guilds, or own them. You can have an advertising thing for those who want to bring more active members into their guilds. ^^

Okay this is my THIRD BLEACH GUILD the other TWO are dead so I have one thing to say
TAKE THIS GUILD FAR MR CAPTIAN I WOULD LIKE TO BE IN AN ACTIVE BLEACH GUILD FOR ONCE AND THAT MEAN YOU SETTING UP THINGS FOR US MEMBERS TO DO LIKE RPS, AND CONTEST!!!!!
This is nothing against you.
I would like to put your banner on my guild home page as an ad for your guild. It might help.
