The Story


Many years ago, Aiur was invaded by the Zerg. Though they fought bravely, the honorable Protoss warriors fell back against the might of the Swarm. Nearly all of their fiercest warriors were killed during this invasion. Only a small handful was able to make it through the warpgate to Shakuras, where they were again attacked by the Zerg. Only by using the might of the Xel'Naga could they protect their new homeworld from the Infestation. Now, mant decades later, the Protoss are ready to retake their origional homeworld from the Zerg.

However, there is one small problem. The newly formed United Terran Republic, the UTR, also looks to taking Aiur from the Zerg.

The UTR, headed by the fierce Admiral Lenin, is the combination of the UED and the outlying Terran colonies. Their fleet is the largest and best ever assembled, excluding the once great Protoss fleet. Also, thanks to experimentation with Protoss technologies, the Terran now have energy shields of their own powerful enough to rival that of the Protoss.

As for the Zerg, do not take them lightly. While the Protoss have made new technological advances, the Zerg have slowly and steadily been evolving to more dangerous killing machines. Possibly the single most dangerous now ability is that the zerg can infest a Protoss Gateway, resulting in the creation of the infested Zelot.

The Protoss do have one great advantage to their side. Fenix is back! He has been reincarnated...as a Dark Templar. With his return, the Protoss have regained one of their greatest heros ever. Fenix will be leading the Protoss assault. For Aiur!

RULES


Every RP must have rules, and this one is no diferent. If you do not follow then rules then you will sufer the consequences.

1. DO NOT GOD MOD
2. Be literate
3. Please keep it pg-13
4. Romance IS allowed, just keep it decent
5. Be realistic. If you're a Terran Marine you can't do flips and stuff while in that bulky armor like a Ghost can. If you're a ghost you can't take a shotgun to the chest like a Marine can cause you have almost no armor.
6. No l337 speak unless you want to be banned. I have to be able to read it without spending half an hour deciphering what you're trying to say.
7. Do not auto hit. Remember, this is an RP, so I wanna see some RP
8. If your side captures some new technology from another side, you can't have that technology ready by the next day. It'll take a while.
9. No single person is the strongest. They're all good in their own way. Example: The marine has less damage and shorter range, but he fires faster than the ghost. The ghost has more damage and longer range, but he fires slower than the marine. The zelot has more damage than them both, but his range is non existant.
10. Most importantly, have fun.

Short Description: short,blue hair,blue eyes, blue armor,awsome sniper pretty much the best in his squad.
Bio:zackery always wanted to join the UTR becuase his father was a great commander so he wanted to follow in his footsteps and he did but so far he is just a common Ghost...

Short Description: Tall, blue eyes with a scar across the right one, choppy spiked hair, has a Sniper Rifle strapped to his back, one of his hands is a grotesque sort of blade, and his entire body is mutated into a sick mockery of its graceful former self with bulging biceps and sickening strength.
Bio: Jason Carr had been recently promoted to Admiral after taking over for a fallen squad leader on a scouting mission. He had saved many men that day and he had made himself a known and trusted man among the ranks of soldiers. Then on one fateful day when he was ordered to lead a clean up mission after a heavy assault on a Zerg base, he and his men were patrolling the battle field, looking for remaining Zerg and were overrun by multiple Hydralisks and Zerglings that had survived the assault. He had lost almost every one in his squad and had been taken to Kerrigan, The Queen of Blades, for questioning. She took him and his men and infested them after they refused to tell her the location of the terran base. They were now sentenced to servitude in Hell...

Alliance: the sons of Korhal [still allied with the protoss]
Short Description: relatively lightweight, 126.7 IBS. Short brown hair, brown eyes. Instead of the standard C10 25 mm canister rifle he is issued the C20 canister rifle, the difference comes in the clip size and the now semi auto fire function. Not only that but the round capabilities have also been increased. Cyber optic enhancements in both eyes that allow him to change his visual spectrum that he sees. Such as infored, night, X-ray, zoom, and targeting[ same as our standard vision but he has a targeting ridicule that pops up] his psi-dampener has been damaged beyond safe repair so it dose not function properly, his aggression inhibitor is also damaged beyond safe repair. However his tight honor code keeps him in check.

Bio: The Terrans take children showing signs of psionic power and put some or all into the Ghost program. The Terran Confederacy decided to limit Ghosts through at least four methods - a psi-dampener, also known as a neuro-adjuster which weakens their powers, neural processing treatments, aggression inhibitors and Ghost conditioning, Tyler is no acceptation to this rule. cybernetic surgery has been a way of life for him since he was conscripted at age 3 just like all of the other ghosts. His eyes state of the art in themselves. During his training he showed great promise in lone wolf opps [opps where you are alone against a overwhelming force] at the age of 10 during his last 2 years in ghost boot [ghosts are put into the field at age 12 ] he was stranded on a desolate ice planet after his transport was shot down. Tyler fell out during the crash and ended up having to fend for himself for over 3 months, lucky the transport with the other ghosts in training crash landed on a old terran base that was still in operation. When the search party finally found him he had been hunting for food and appeared to suffer no ill effects from the crash or the experience. Later that day he was given the call sign Artic. On his first mission at age 12 he did rather well, taking out a zerg colony on a lone wolf mission with relatively no problems, however on his next lone wolf mission on a assassination run his psy-dampener was damaged beyond safe repair after falling into a pit of hydrolisks undergoing research. He suffered several broken bones and internal bleeding but survived after several months in the hospital.
It was later determined that because like with all ghosts their psy-dampeners are bio welded to their spinal column it was too dangerous to operate on it to repair it. This was also enforced by Jim Raynor. After his recovery he began to show strange attributes for a ghost, it is normal for a ghost to augment their abilities with their psychic ability but his attributes began to evolve rather than stay the same like other ghosts. A secret study was conducted on him called project. However this experience was so traumatic it was wiped from his memory? but since his psy dampener was damaged the process was not perfect? he still has nightmares of the event. A year later his aggression inhibitors were badly damaged and lost all functionality. However his strict honor code keeps him in check

Unit Name: Light Templar
Race: Protoss
Description: The Light Templar are a new type of Protoss Warrior. They are highly trained and well equipped. The Light Templar, unlike the other types of Protoss, have long silver hair. They do not have cloak like the Dark Templar, nor od they have Psychic abilities like the High Templar. What they do have, however, is physical abilities that surpass both. The Light Templar have tough armor, shielding and two powerful warp blades.

Unit Name: Hybrid Leader
Race: Zerg
Description: An infested Zerg Leader. Similar to Duran, and Kerrigan. He is the 3rd of only 3 Infested Terran humans. Large and inhumanly strong for his size even if he is large to begin with. Looks like a sick mockery of his former graceful physique. He has a Sniper Rifle and a large Blade for an arm, similar to the Dark Templar, but it appears to be alive. He is also very cunning even though he looks like a mere brute. Although with his size, he cannot be very sneaky

Alright, you can post now. Just remember to first pm me your profiles and made up units and wait until I respond. However, every 2 weeks I will be gone for 2 weeks, so I will appoint someone to be my Second in Command. When I am gone he/she has the same authority I do. You can also pm him/her your profiles and made up units.

((Finally I'm back. xp Stupid dad's house. Oh well.))

Ram stood atop a ledge overlooking the terran base. To his right was the Protoss commander, Fenix. Ram turned to him and spoke. "They bear the flag of the UTR. I believe they have come to try and take Aiur as their own." Fenix nodded and replied, "We must take that base. But, let the troops rest for now. They must be weary from battling the zerg all day." Ram nodded and headed back to the terran encampment.

Zackery was at a terran base walking around the halls making sure everything is okay until they got a call from command *Admiral Lenin on radio* Zack we have two or more protoss heading toward the base I think you and your squad can handle them

As Ram arrived the two zelot guards stiffened to attention. As one of the few Light Templar within the squad his prescence commanded respect. However, he didn't stand all to much on that. In Ram's eyes, everyone is equal. "At ease warriors." It took a few moments, but eventually the guards relaxed. Ram nodded to each of them and walked into the encampment.
