Ok in the episode I just caught the last five minutes of there was a girl named Ginny in it with two hearts and Dr. Who compared him to her and Martha said something about how he'd live for her.... Is she another time lord? And most importantly is she his daughter I've heard rumors about? Please help me I'm soooooo confused!

She is the Doctor's Daughter in the sense that she was created from his DNA, and has two hearts like a Time Lord. We also see at the end of the episode that she is able to regenerate. But she does not have the incredible knowledge that Time Lords have.
