Zanpakuto Information
Zanpakuto Appearance: The Scythe in the picture at the top is the Sealed Form of his Zanpakuto. Unlike most Sealed Forms, it does not take the form of a katana.
Zanpakuto Name and Release Phrase: "Know your place, Amatsu Mikaboshi"
Shikai Form: [X] The Shikai form of Hitoshi's Zanpakuto has the ability to rip anything it hits to shreds, or so it appears. In all actuality it is removing chunks of whatever it hits from existence. In Shikai form it can only remove what it has physically hit. (Meaning JUST the thing that the blade actually touched, not the whole person/object.) In Shikai form, Hitoshi can also remove small objects (that he is touching) from existence and make them rematerialize anywhere within a fifty yard radius around himself.
Bankai Form: [X][X] In Bankai, Hitoshi's young body can not handle the immense amount of power that comes with being in Bankai form, so his body goes through a transformation to better suit his new amount of power. His body grows older for a short amount of time and his strength and speed increase drastically. (View Second Link)

Hitoshi's Bankai form allows him to use more advanced versions of his Shikai's power. In Bankai he can remove much larger things from existence and make them reappear in the same or different place that they had been in. Unfortunately this ability still has the same range as it did when used in Shikai form. [Example: Hitoshi can make himself disappear from existence for around four seconds and then reappear somewhere else or in the same place.]

Hitoshi's Bankai Form only lasts for Twenty Minutes and when he transforms back his body is damaged from the change and he is usually bed ridden for weeks.

[Note: In Bankai, Hitoshi still has the ability to rip anything his weapon touches from existence.]
