Several years ago, a new disease emerged. it was labeled Wing syndrome but was also known as disease 423 to help crush the ideas it was an act of god. The disease involved a patient to grow wings on there body. These wings could range from small tiny ones to wing spans of several meters, and they could grow and any parts of the body. The wings do not necessarily work and often are numb or cause extreme pain for the victim. All that is known, is that at some time or another the victim WILL die from there affliction....its just a matter of when. IT is not entirely sure how the disease is spread but due to a sudden fatal outbreak in texas anyone carrying the virus was immediately hunted down and shipped to special facilities where they could be monitored and live out there final days. It seems however that the disease has many other properties, many victims complaining of hearing thoughts, healing abnormally fast or even increased fitness and immunity to sickness. All these accounts however where proved false by the doctors at there respected wards and the patients died or went missing several weeks later. It is thought that delusion is a later effect of the disease that is followed by death soon after.
All that is know, is that at one specific installation....there was an explosion and a lone figure was seen flying into the sky before being intercepted by a ground to air missle....the inmates of the facility were not sure what they saw, but this is there Story.
