Old news is old, that is Nintendo's original DS idea they just never completed it. The wii's shop channel was a test for this DS' shop system.
This is definitely an epic system, no gameboy slot, you can buy games off of the DS using points now 3nodding

I think the coolest part is you will have a mini web browser in your pocket with a touch screen. Its like a cheap and less awesome version of that full touch screen laptop..... But that system is crazy awesome. Its about time that we beat out the psp. (not in the graphic department though stare )

TheSilverGriffin I want to get it, but no selling my Lite...I needs the GBA slot for Pokemon! >___< I don't mind having two DSes...I'll just have to get a job lol Same here, there's no way I'm selling my old DS. I need something to play GBA games. (like for Link to the Past and Minish Cap and stuff.) I wonder how much it's gonna cost though..... sweatdrop

Well, I guess I will just have to play my gameboy advanced games in my gameboy advance... And I would not waste my money on a system when I never play the old one. I would waste my christmas present for a better version. The only thing that I would pay a large amount of money for is music-ness, Like that cello I am saving up for.

Well heres an idea...
Just don't buy it. It does practically the same thing as it did before but with new features. It plays ds games and yeah thats why I bought the first ds. So why bother buying the ds lite or the dsi. Until they actually make something with a different model/style there not much point of buying one.
But I know you guys are still gonna buy one xD

It's going to run a memory card similar to the Wii. You can download and save some downloadable only games on the DSi. Also it has a built in camera. :3 Thought I don't know if it's gonna rival the PSP with music and movie capability. I guess that's a wait and see thing.
I might get one since part of my screen on my lite is nothing but dead pixels. (Very hard to even see my maps on map needing games D: )
