Would anyone actually get a Twilight related tattoo?
If so, what would it be?

I wouldn't get one, but, if I did, I'd get one of either The Apple, The Tulip, The Thread or The Chess Pieces.

If i got one, and the choices were what you said. I'd pick the ribbon and make it wind around my arm.
But I was thinking slogan wise or something. Like, officially dazzled! Or something...

I'm think of getting maybe Team Edward, Edward or the Cullen Crest.
I have three tattoos already, I design tattoos for people on commission, and I hope to get a tattoo gun soon.
The wrist does hurt. Pretty bad. It will ache for a few days too, because its right over the tendon. One of my tattoos is on my wrist. I also have most of my back and the top of my foot.
Something I've been wondering for a while: if a human had tattoos when they were turned, wouldn they still have them afterwards? Same question for piercings...

I have no idea to be honest. But I took your thinking to the next level.
Can vampires even get piercings, or would the hole just close right up once the hole is made? And since I have no idea how tattoos work, I really didn't think too much about it.

I do not think that a vampire would be able to get a peircing, as nothing would be strong enough to put the whole through they're stone skin, let alone carteligde, for higher ear peircings or nose peircings.
Tattooing is even less likely as it is done with a very small needle moving very fast in and out of the skin, leaving ink in the wholes it makes. Again, nothing would strong enough to make the holes.

Can vampires get haircuts? I know it won't grow... But... What if they cut it?

I think they could. I remember Stephenie Meyer saying in a correspondece somewhere that they avoid styling there hair to the current styles. So I guess that implies they can get it cut.

Yes, I think if they got them while they were human, they would have them as a vampire.
Tattooing leave ink beneath the skin, and piercings leave holes in the skin. When you're bitten, all changes stop and you're the same as you were when you were bitten.
And if I had to get a Twilight tattoo, which is unlikely to happen cause I have a needle-in-the-skin phobia, I would get a crescent on my palm.

I don't like werewolves much, but just for kicks I'd get a huge paw print on my booty.
