I suggest any true trekkie check KLI.org and the klignon language institute. I really am interested in seeing their Klignon verson of hamlet.

There are so few posts in here....

I saw the Klingon Language Institue, but I did not see anything on how to learn to read or speak klingon.
Also there is a Klingon wiki.
Just type it in to wikipedia.
Also you have to be able to read and write in klingon.

Edit: Sorry, also I do not know of any way to learn it right now.
