 The city of Labann was built along the western side of a great canyon known as the Rift. Many traders must travel through this canyon to get their goods out of the deserts and to the foothills of the Pelan mountains, although of late it has become a dangerous place, and many of the wild gaiamon here have been getting very aggressive....

-Vil slowly traverses the long path down to the base of the Rift, with Bob sleeping in his pack. As he walks between red boulders the sun beats down warming up the morning. He also heard rumors of the creatures that live here getting more aggressive so he had to be careful..-I remember the last time I came through here, giant scorpions are not fun.... -He stops and sits on a large rock for a minute before continuing down the small path...-

-after a couple of mostly incident free days of travel Vil began taking a steep path up the other side of the rift. After a while he paused to rest and drank some water from him travel gourd. As he drank a Sand Crral lept up from behind and tackled him knocking him down the path...- Crap Bob! -Bob slips from the pack and burrows into the ground nearby, and fly's out at the Crral from the side knocking it away before burrowing again. Sitting up I notice deep slashes in my sides from the Crral, and look up to see it limp away after Bob tackles it again...- Ouch...this isn't to good we need to find out why the creatures here are getting so violent....this is the third attack.... -standing up slowly, Bob bounces back up to slip into my pack again as I go to sit on a rock and clean the gashes...-

Standing up slowly he turns to thank Johnny- Thank you, it seems that they were hunting in a pair.....I didn't get bit, but the first one clawed me real good.. -Vil reaches into his pack and pulls out a fresh shirt and a roll of bandages, setting the items on a rock he removes his torn shirt and throws it past the rock before wrapping up his wounds- Anyways, I was on my way to Labann, it seems that something is stirring up the creatures out here...I plan on asking around Labann for information... -As he finishes wrapping his wound he puts on the new shirt and picks up his pack..- What are you doing all the way out here though Master Johnny?

-Vil walks more heartily through the bottom of the rift, he had regained a lot of energy after stopping by his house in the mountains. Bob squeaked happily from his main pack on his back. Vil smiled before checking his side pack he had brought from his house with his journal in it. He decided it was time for a lunch break so he chanted a peace spell to make sure the wild animals in the area were calm before taking off his packs and letting bob out. Bob jumped about excited to eat..-Now, now be patient I'll have it an a minute.....do you ever get that feeling of deva vu? -He pulled out some food for himself and bob and began to eat quietly...-

Evil_ZenMaster -Vil walks more heartily through the bottom of the rift, he had regained a lot of energy after stopping by his house in the mountains. Bob squeaked happily from his main pack on his back. Vil smiled before checking his side pack he had brought from his house with his journal in it. He decided it was time for a lunch break so he chanted a peace spell to make sure the wild animals in the area were calm before taking off his packs and letting bob out. Bob jumped about excited to eat..- Now, now be patient I'll have it an a minute.....do you ever get that feeling of deva vu? -He pulled out some food for himself and bob and began to eat quietly...- -Out of nowhere atamos came dashing by vil and stopped right in front of him. he looked over his shoulder in vils eyes with a weird look- Well...I guess its time..to finsih this isnt it...

Looking at the papers inside his eyes grow a little wider and something snaps together in his mind. Closing the envelope he sticks it back into his pack and puts it on as Bob leaps into it. With that he chants a few words.- ....land glide... -a small cushion of energy forms between his feet and the ground allowing Vil to move 5 times faster than normal as he speeds out of the rift to Labann.....- ((leaves))
