This is where soul reapers who want to join squad 4 come to train. They will be instructed by the captain, lieutenant, or anyone who is requested to teach. The room consists of a plain 4 walled wide room. In the middle of the room is an operation table where dolls or animals will be operated on as a test subject. Hana however highly recommends the use of dolls. There is one semi-bright light that dangles above the operation table. There are many tables and cabinets that surround the operating table. The tables are piled with medicine bottles, herbs, and books. The cabinets contain medical tool that will be useful in operation. Every operation must be supervised by an official or someone appointed by an official.
