This is where most of the DPEI learned to hone their abilities. It is a good distance away from the base to prevent any rogues from decided to bite the hand that fed them. Most of the RPUs enrolled here live here because its safe for them and their loved ones.
On a darker note: this Facilities Basement levels serves as a prison for Deadly Psi's who decided to use their powers for massive destruction. One example is Hurricane Ivan. A young woman decided to make sure her ex-boyfriend would get what was due to him. Others simply have powers too dangerous to conatin and are incarcerated under their own will.

"Ah, I see. So, I train my mind and body here? What, exactly, is the ... training ... schedule, for me?" He had been looking around the facility, taking in all the sights and noting them. "Where do I ... report for ... duty?" He had been searching his companion's and the people around the facility for the correct words he needed.

He watched Eric rush off, watching in mild puzzlement and amusement. When he heard the females voice, he turned around and saw the Japanese woman, smiling, even after he was slightly discouraged by the man in the white uniform. Had the man not said anything, he would have figured that part out on his own after a simple sweep, but he did not really mind. "Domo," was the simple reply he uttered. "If you could please . . .speak English . . .I am . . .trying to learn . . .very well." Was what he said next to the hologram, knowing that it would most likely comply. He let himself be led around by the hologram, asking questions whenever he needed to.

Korochii looked at the man named Gorden questioningly, as he was led back to the front where he had first been shown in. "Eric," which came out sounding like Ed-ick, "is not . . .here. He had to . . .rush . . .off."

Korochii bowed his head and turned back to the hologram to ask about where he would be bedding down during his training.

"Follow me," the hologram told him and led him to the sleeping quarters for trainees. Korochii thanked the hologram and told it he had no more questions for it and that it could leave. After it left, he started setting his room up to his liking.

"hello the#%@re" Eric said it was clear he was a hologram because of the quick disturbance in the programming. "wou*832ld you liiiiii!@##ke to begin your daily training regimen Inductee Ishigami?" It asked him changing back to the female persona that was its default. "Default programming restored: Assessing bugs....... Bugs eliminated. Restoring Major Eric Kerrigan Imagery Projection:" the image turned into a humanoid static figure. "Projection failed deleting corrupt file, corrupt file eliminated.Returning to default." It returned to the Japanese imagery. "Sorry for that my programming is a little off lately" she said "I am one of only two AI's designed to assess probable power growths and uses of psionic powers. I work more efficiently in my default state. Please forgive my earlier malfunction." she said then bowed and stood back up. "Would you like to begin your assessment Ishigami-san?"

"here" she said gently touching her "hands" on his head and closing her "eyes" after a few seconds she stepped back and began to talk. "In order for you to develop a mastery of your pyrogenic powers you must first be able to survive in a low oxygen environment. Commencing: Oxygen conservation protocol. In sector B7t263734k." a quick flash of light could be seen surrounding korochii. "This field around you will exponentially decrease the oxygen that enters it for a good amount of time. If you are still alive after wards we will try again with less intake next time" She said consequently forgetting she did not require oxygen to function.
