This has no requirements to join. This only has requirements for ranks, which are tests that me or a high-ranked person will put you through. So post here to join.
If one rank is full (not including leader) then you can challenge one of them. Challenges are stuff like "Who can kill the most Taiko Drums by themselves without dieing, etc." The winner gets the rank

Just letting other members know since they are crew they can pick what they want but regular members have to get tested for higher ranks
