So. I just got a hold of some kava and some kratom. I bought a 5 grams of 15x kratom extract and some Shaman Kava (instant kava. strongest the website offered).

Now, if anybody here has to give up illegal drugs for job purposes, these are definitely nice.

I'm currently using the kava as a sleep aid and to help with the anxiety and stress of nicotine withdrawals. It works wonders. It feels somewhere between a cross of xanax and alcohol. Maybe a little more euphoria than alcohol. It's definitely much more clear headed. Although I'd say xanax might beat it on anxiety relief.

All of the studies done about kava causing liver damage were ******** up studies done by the government with people who had been alcoholics for a long time. "Oh he has liver damage. Must have been the kava." Yet, all of the studies performed on Pacific Islanders(Fiji, Vanuatu, etc.) showed no liver damage. And it's been used there for at least a few thousand years.

The instant powder works great, and I personally have acquired a liking of the taste. Even if you don't like it, it's perfectly bearable and mild when mixed with water, juice, or whatever. One spoonful of Shaman Kava (just google it and you'll know where to buy it) will numb your mouth and make you feel pretty buzzed pretty fast. It's definitely more intense of a high than the kava. If I was still smoking marijuana, I think it would go fantastic with it. Two spoonfuls makes me tired and inebriated as ******** and makes me want to pass out.

As far at the kratom goes, I was a little disappoined at first. Because I had only tried one about a gram of it. But the second time I took it, I tried 2 grams(too much will make one nauseated with either kava or kratom), and it felt great. Price wise, excluding the cost of shipping, you get about as good of a buzz as you would off a couple vicodin. It's much more uplifting though. It's like, relaxed euphoric energy with that warm fuzzy opiate feeling and a small amount of itchiness.

Don't expect to feel like you're completely strung out unless you mix kava and kratom. But kratom has some VERY enjoyable effects. I highly recommend both of these. My pupils are currently pinned, the aches in my body are gone, I feel very comfortable and relaxed(even with kratom alone), and yet energized.

Again, I cannot express enough how happy I am with these LEGAL drugs. I can't wait to buy more. Here's some links on kratom and kava.
