You need:

arrow a giant frying pan with high sides
arrow a big spoon
arrow 2 bowls to store broth and chicken (or a bowl and a jug)
arrow a big chopping board
arrow a knife
ingredients
arrow 400g (one packet) of risotto rice (Arborio or Carnaroli)
arrow about to litres of broth (home-made or from these flavour dices)
arrow one chicken breast
arrow about 10 bigger champignons
arrow an onion
arrow 3 cloves of garlic
arrow butter or oil
arrow about a ton of parmesan
1. Make the broth if you don't have it already. Cut the chicken into little dices. Chop the onion, dice the champignons.
2. Heat some grease on the pan, then throw the chicken in. Saute it for about ten minutes on medium heat. When ready put aside in one of the bowls.
3. On the remaining grease saute the onion and garlic. When ready, add champignons and fry for about 10 minutes, until the mushrooms shrink. Then add the chicken.
4. Scatter all the raw rice into the pan. Fry for two minutes or until it absorbs all the liquid. When this happens, our about half a cup of broth inside.
5. Repeat the activity of pouring broth inside until the rice is thick, creamy and looks delicious.
6. Now, hurry! Call your family, give them each a portion of this and let them grate the cheese onto plates themselves.
7. Eat slowly. It's addictive.
