A small house with a sinister feeling to it, and people rarely walk anywhere near it. It's a simple single floor house with few windows and tucked away from most civilization-- just near the cliffs of the island.

Levi dragged his feet along, following Shane's direction. He looked up at the house when they reached it and smiled. "It looks like fun in there," he said, only half sarcastic. He turned to Shane and just stared at him. "Am I bugging you?" he asked. He hated being a bother.

Shane pushed the door to his house open roughly, holding it open for Levi then letting it slam shut. There was nothing 'clean' or 'tidy' about his house and he shoved a stack of papers off the couch, making room for Levi to sit down. "No." He stated plainly, shaking his head.

Levi sat down, pulling another paper out from under him. He didn't bother to try to read the chickenscratch. He set it down on top of the pile that was now on the floor. "I want to know what it's like," he said quietly. He didn't say anything after this, but his stomach growled loudly. He wrapped his arms around himself.

Shane shrugged, this was probably something he got asked more often than not. "I enjoy it." He stated, of course he enjoyed it-- it hadn't had this much power when he was human. "It's manageable and it's much better than being human." It was a lot better than being human. He leaned against the wall, arms crossed over his chest and when he heard the audible growl of Levi's stomach, he grinned. "Hungry?" He asked absently.

"For more than food," he nodded. He'd forgotten all about his question. "I really miss her, I feel bad for what I did. I kissed her to get her off my back." He looked up at Shane, guilt obvious in his eyes.

Shrugging, Shane shifted his feet and slid down against the wall, "Women get over that sort of thing--" He replied shortly. He looked over at Levi for a second, "Don't trouble yourself with it." Of course, coming from Shane that was his daily motto-- with everything.

Levi smiled sarcasticly. "Dude I've been a virgin for 3 years longer than most teenagers have, It's gonna bug me when I screw up with a girl I finally like." His stomach growled again, and he pulled out a cigarette.

Shane shrugged, "So? If it's going to bother you so much, go find her. But I don't see her coming looking for you-- you'd think if she cared at all and was strong enough, she'd want to know where you were." Admittedly, Shane was just trying to ******** with the kid's mind, he wanted to see how easily swayed this boy was.

Levi shrugged. "I'm going over there in the morning. You coming?" He doubted that he'd want to, but of course he might be craving a fight with Darren. this made him think of something. "Why'd you protect me?" He took a long drag from his cig.

Shane shrugged, "Just for kicks-- knew it would piss him off, or somewhere along those lines." There was another reason, but Shane shrugged it off. He then shook his head, "I have much better things to do than chase around your girlfriend." Better things? No, not really.

Levi nodded. "That's true. You should be chasing around your own girlfriend. You do have one don't you?" He hardly believed Shane's explanation for attacking Darren in return for him attacking Levi.

Shane grinned, "Sure don't. That last one ended up being a big mistake-- besides I have better things to do." He found it utterly amusing that, that had been Levi's response.

Levi cocked his head to the side. "Don't you have any family left?" His head swooned. "God, do you have any alcohol around here? Anything?"

Shane shook his head, then directed Levi to the kitchen. "Down the hall, left and it'll be in one of the higher up cupboards...I think."
