xd I'm so clever. Anyway, everyone likes music right? Of course you do. Only freaks don't like music. ninja So, this is the thread in which you can rant, discuss, or any other thing about music. So...for quick starters...what is your favorite band/whatever? What type of music is it? What's your favorite type of music? Least favorite? Can you play an instrument? I can't.

woo! i love music. let's see... i like pretty much everything but rap and so called "booty music." i think my favorite types of music are rock, punk, and metal. hmm... for instruments i can play guitar, piano, ocarina, and i dabble in a few other things i can get my hands on. 3nodding

I lie Rock Metal, There a few rap songs I like but that number is really low and only one of them is by a real rap artist. My favorite band? either a group called Rammstein (woot for teh german metal band) or system of a down. But who doesn't like system of a down?

I like Metal o_o Dont think im narrow minded for only liking metal but theres diffrent types of metal for all my taste to be satisfied. I just recently Aquired Ayreon's "The Human Equation"  Its prgressive metal and they got vocalist from all diffrent bands to be in it to play a role in the story that the cd tells. Currently Questing for: Bathory's "Blood Fire Death" Its black metal and its very good black metal at that. Ive a few of the songs and there all top knotch.

Everything except bad (i.e. anything that makes my inner ear cringe) music. Not 20 minutes ago I had Marilyn Manson blaring, and now I've got Piano Concerto No. 20 in D Minor going. Yesterday I was playing the Jesus Christ Superstar soundtrack in the same playlist as MSI and Puffy AmiYumi. And I still can't get Tralalalaleno out of my head. -.-;;
Most country makes me cringe, but there are a few good examples on the radio out there.

My favorite Band is the All american Rejects, its Punk
My favorite type of music is punk, and for partys Salsa, and Cuban music. but I listen to pretty much anything. I hate Rap, and I can Tollerate Country music.
I can play the Piano, and the Recorder (thanks to my music teacher) xd

Music is so wonderful. Did I ever answer my own questions? I don`t think so...
Well, I like everything. Some things less than others. I`m not going to say I don`t like rap. I`m going to say I don`t like mainstream gangsta rap. Ever heard heard of Quarashi? Underground Icelandic rap. It rocks. And country is...ok. It seems that rap and country is sorta hated in this thread. Meh. My favorite band is Freezepop. No one`s ever heard of them, but they rock. It`s 80s sounding technosynthpop. xd Yeah...

I'm into the punky type of stuff, or some of you might call it pop-punk. Bowling For Soup, Green Day, Blink 182, MCR.. yeah, that type of stuff. I like Evanescence too. ^^ But I hate bubblegum music, rap, and really heavy metal.

I like listening to music, strangely enough I like anime theme songs better than anything. As for genre's I like most music genres as long as it actually sounds like music to my ears. I used to play the flute for a while and used to be able to play simple tunes on the piano but I haven't played either in a long time.
