No, sorry, once Cid's Space Ship blows up, it's gone until you start a new game. You're probably past this point already, but at the part where you're supposed to speed up the train to stop it from crashing into the village, if you let it crash into the village, you can get the Ultima Materia from the well

Actually, no it isn't, I spent about two hours in Bone Village, digging in the area right next to the first huge tent, and I finally found it, you can find it in Bone Village, it's just a little hard and time consuming, but if you're willing, this is the strategy I used, put one of the staff members in the corner created byt the skull and plane on the bottom, and the other in another corner found when you walk at an angle towards the large tent, then always dig in the area right under the elevated entrance to the tent. Eventually you'll find it, and if you need money, fly the Highwind to Mideel and walk along the beaches to encounter Sea Worms, kill them since they are easy kills, and you'll get an easy 5,000 gil.

sorry, screwed it up, if you save the village from the crash, talk to some of the kids, one of them had found it in the well
or it's holy, I don't remember, it's been a while since I've played that game
