I'll try to keep this short...

The rules are very simple, rating is based off of a point scale.
->ex: "dood thats awesome! 9/10"

->The max mount of points you can give a person is 10 pts.
--->(this rule is very lax, if you want you can over exaggerate "11/10")

Basically all you have to do is give a rating to the person above you.
->(whoever posted last.{starts w/ me})

->be sure to also try and give some advice
--->(what good is a rating if you don't know why you got it.)

And yes there is another thread like this in the PD (profile discussion)
i just felt that its #s were slimming down.
