So, Hopefully, if I have the funds, I'll be cosplaying as Tony the Chopper for Katsucon 2009.
Now, I need some ideas on how I should go about dressing up as him.
I don't want a fur suit, I just don't have that time, skill, or money.
I don't want to go cheap, but not too expensive.
If you all have ideas or tips, please tell!
And even pictures of other Tony the Chopper cosplays would help!

You could pull a cute style Chopper,
Make, or get a red top hat, add antlers and white tap. A red back pack, Red brown Bermuda shorts, hooves gloves, and shoe covers, and a brown undershirt, then give yourself a blue nose and weeela!
