The above name list is final. I'd appreciate it if my helpers can drop me a PM with your email ASAP so that I can set up a mass email to coordinate logistics as we get closer to the event and share more info with all of you.
The event starts at 10am both days, till 9pm, for a total of 11 hours. I know these hours seem long, but you'll be getting 1 hour lunch (12 - 1, 1 - 2) and 1 hour dinner (6 - 7, 7 - 8 ). In addition, your time will be roughly split evenly between helping out at the booth (which you can sort of rest too) or walking around giving out the 1,000-free-gold Gaia fliers (while exploring the rest of the show).
On Saturday, it'll be good if my 10 kind assistants can arrive at 8.30am, 1.5 hours before it begins, to be briefed and to help decorate the booth (i.e. put up posters, prepare projector and laptop, etc) and get ready in general. On Sunday, my 9 kind assistants should come 1 hour ahead, at 9am (since the booth is already set up) for the briefing, but hang around a bit longer to help clear out the booth after the show.
I'll provide you with my mobile through email subsequently, so that you can call me to come out and get you (i.e. give you the show passes).
There will also be a mini celebration of sorts on both evenings' dinner, with free pizzas and drinks for my helpers and any Gaia forum members who are stopping by. Helpers, if pizzas and canned drinks aren't your cup of tea, you still have your 1-hour dinner breaks wink .
Top-attire will be a Gaia t-shirt. Some of you may already have one, for others, come to the briefing to pick one up. For your bottoms, feel free to go with anything you're comfortable in. Even better if you're cosplaying as a Gaia character! You'll get a bonus prize from me wink . Since this is a Gaia booth, I'd appreciate if you don't cosplay as other anime/manga characters, at least not on the day that you're on duty.

p.s.: our 3-foot-long KiKi mascot will be making an appearance!
p.s. 2: does someone have a good camera? Like a dSLR with good low-light performance? Can bring/loan?
