<>Madison of Slytherin  Let's get some chatting started up in here! Here is what I want to know from our members on this thread.
WHO is your favorite HP character (or characters for those of you who have more than one).
WHY is that person your favorite?
WHEN did you realize that that person was more important to you than the others?
Get talking and make friends! We're all here because of common interest, we may as well get to know each other!!!
I'll go ahead and start with my own. My favorite character overall is Sirius Black.
I choose him as my favorite because I love everything about him. I love how he stands up for Harry, how he is honest and true, even when he was in Azkaban and it seemed that he had no way out, he never went to the dark side. Also, it doesn't hurt that's he's very attractive. wink
I didn't decide that Sirius was my favorite until the end of him. It was probably halfway through Order of the Phoenix before I discovered that I was nearly in love with Sirius. Then he died and I suffered painfully...so did my book, it flew across the room!
Other than Sirius, I am very fond of Tom Riddle (pre-Voldemort, the Tom Riddle whose past we get to see in much of book six). I also love Lucius Malfoy, Bellatrix Lestrange, and Snape. I can't help it, I have a thing for the bad guys. ^_^

My favorite character is probably Fred Weasley. The twins were just funny and adorable so I loved'd them. Fred just always stuck out more to me. Of course our favorite characters both die x-x [Fred's the one that died right o-o]
Other favorites of mine are Luna, Bellatrix, Neville, and Mcgonagal. [butchered that name x-x]

Mine are without a doubt Fred Weasley and Sirius Black x)

My favorite character of all time of the Harry Potter series is Severus Snape. I almost cried of what happened to him in the 7th book and also you can see that he's my favorite by my user name ^_^

Luna Lovegood is probably my favorite character in the entire series, and she always will be.
I have a lot of reasons for loving her. She's intelligent, creative, witty, honest, and quite funny. She doesn't care what other people think of her. She seems to understand Harry with more depth and truthfulness than any other character in the books, even (especially) Ginny.
I fell in love with her the moment she appeared in the fifth book, and just became more and more fond of her as the series went on. She's absolutely brilliant. I adore her. <3
harry/luna is my otp.
