<>xX Loony Luna Xx I was so sad to never get a real answer about what happened to him. I really thought he might come back to Harry, and in fact, I like to still think that he does, but just later in life. I just can't believe that he died-no, I don't believe that. I think he probably took a break from wizards until he felt who needed him next. Maybe he went to be with a wizard we never heard of, although with Fawkes with him/her, they are bound to be great! 3nodding

I think that after HBP Fawkes just kind of went out on his own for awhile and lived in the wild. And then later in life, I like to think that he either went back and lived at Hogwarts, or he came back and visited Harry from time to time.
