The Best Chicken Strips
Recipe By: Lil Cute Stranger
Even if I make 100 of these things, they're always gone the next day. They're perfect warm or cold.
What you Need:
Couple of Chicken Breasts (Depending on how many you're making)
Crumbs (Corn Flakes, Panko, Bread Crumbs, or whatever you prefer)
2-3 Eggs (Depends on how many)
Some Flour
Oil for Frying
Seasoning Salt to taste
Directions: Clean your chicken breast then cut into strip or nugget form. Put your flour, egg, and crumbs in separate bowls. With your crumbs mix in seasoning salt to taste (I use a lot). Dip your chicken in the flour, egg, then roll them around in the bread crumbs. Squish them down so it'll get more on and stick better. Once you've breaded quite a few or all of them, put them in the hot oil. (In a pan, be careful not to burn yourself!). Turn over, wait until they're golden brown, then put them on a plate with a paper towel on it. (To get rid of some grease). Repeat if needed.
Recipe great cold or hot outta the pan!
