Jin entered the arena with an expression of excitement that was uncommon of him. The usual grim face with the slight hint of madness seemed to be for once in a long time... calm. He wore his trademark gray robe and his trusty battle guitar U1. Underneath his robe, his body was bound by tight medical tape. Despite the fact that his wounds had long healed, he felt most comfortable with them on. His face was obscured by a broken mask that was similar to the ones that ANBU wore. Underneath the prosthetic eye that Moku had developed for him pulsed with anticipation.
Jin reached into the sleeve of his robe and pulled out a small bamboo vial and tossed it into the Arena pond. A black ink-like substance spread through the water, turning it a murky gray. This was a vial of Forza's jutsu paint, and although Jin could not use it in a technique, it prevented the water from being used by anyone. He also opened a small cut on his thumb using one of the several weapons hidden under his long baggy sleeves.
He rested each hand within the sleeve of the other and stood perfectly still while he awaited his first opponent.

They tiny frame of Ayumi, her only being 95 pounds and coming in at a small height of 4'8", walked into the arena, her white and green outfit with its extra long sleeves trailing on the ground. Her silver hair illuminated the air around her and it made it seem like she was more cheery than she led on to be. She in fact rarely ever spoke. Not out of anger or fear or anything, just for the fact that she didn't like to talk.
She walked forwards a bit towards her opponent and stared at him with two wide dual colored eyes, one baby blue and one a lime green. Living in the village hidden under the moon had given her some interesting physical features, but she didn't seem to mind.
Approaching Jin she gave him a simple nod, telling him that she was ready.

As soon as he saw his opponent give him the signal to begin Jin's hand was to his mouth, after biting enough to draw blood, he formed several familiar hand-seals and slammed his hand to the earth. In a burst of smoke a twin necked ax appeared.
"Tenka the Brawler" Jin said with confidence, and upon hearing its name, the ax split in two (one in each hand) and Jin charged his opponent. He swung one of the axes at Ayumi while the other hand waited for her reaction. If it hit, Jin would thrust the ax at the injured genin, if Ayumi dodged, he would attack her new location

Upon seeing Jin charge forwards Ayumi's tiny hands came together to form a set of hand seals. Her eyes opened wide as Jin slashed forwards at her and her mouth dropped open in shock. It was all part of the trick though.
As the axe would slice through Ayumi's body it would only cut through a watery substance, that of which could be called Haze. Her body split into two sections at the slash wound, the top half of her simply floated above the bottom. In this form she could not perform any jutsu, nor could she do any physical damage, but it allowed her to escape harm and could also be used in conjunction with previous jutsu.
Her body seemed to change from dense tissue to a white nearly see through form. In her fog like state she floated backs, the two halves of her body coming together once again and sewing together with mist. Once out of harms way Ayumi would break the jutsu and come back to her normal self. Yes, she had to constantly transfer chakra to keep her jutsu up.

((OK, turning into an element is an EXTREMELY advanced technique, its one thing to have an elemental clone, but this is advanced Jounin stuff. But since I am in a nice mood i will let you activate your jutsu. Since you are constantly transferring chakra to keep the Jounin/ANBU level jutsu up, you would be dangerously low on chakra after barely a second, i.e. after the first attack))
As one half of Tenka sliced through Jin's opponent, the girl seemed to fade to mist, causing no damage anyone what-so-ever, and for a moment Jin was dumbstruck, he was not expecting his opponent to go poof after only one attack. "That was... Weird..."
(The rest of my post is assuming you would end the technique due to you being near death from of chakra loss)
After the moment passed, the girl suddenly re-materialized, so Jin shrugged and Attacked her with the Ax in his ready hand.

+5 days have passed, and It seems neither I nor Jin can reach Ayumi.
Rules are rules and its not fair to keep Jin waiting so...
As Referee, I here by end this match
Ayumi has been Disqualified due to Inactivity,
Jin is the victor by Default

[[Wait wait wait neither of you contacted me gonk I have no messages or comments or anything from either of you crying I had forgotten about the chuunin exams until now. I'm so sorry for my absence! But really, I got nothing for either of you, otherwise I would have come right away. I mean, I've been on gaia, ask Aki or even go to the captain quarters of Gaioh and see how I posted. And my messages are locked or anything and I can get stuff from random people...are you sure you sent it to ME?]]

[Technically I proclaimed it to be 7 days until this coming Sunday 12/7/'08. As such, I will try to contact Ayumi and have her post... but now it is every three days. Starting tomorrow from this post. So Ayumi must post by midnight PST Tuesday 12/9/'08.]

((Its midnight where I live, I'm just checking the gaia time. Here is hoping for a last minute save from Ayumi. Also if this fight gets closed, I wanted to know if you wanted to continue it in the Arena Thread of the main guild, just for RP sake))
