With the release of Sonic Unleashed, a game being praised by critics around the world, what do the hardcore SEGA Sonic fans make of it?

If they had changed the Name to Sonic and Knuckles 2 and put Knuckles instead of the were hog it would have been the best game ever!!

Sonic being a "were-hog" was just a really dumb idea. I think Yahtzee sums up the game quite nicely. Also, the day levels were just too freakin' fast. I know Sonic games are all about speed, but it was the control of his speed is what made it fun. The new Sonic game coming out doesn't look very good either. Why is Sonic a knight? And I hate when they pair him with humans. It's just........... odd looking.
