Since Soulvar seems to have left us, we are now in desperate need of an Otokage, as well as someone to play Orochimaru.
Since the best way to do this is via democracy, I am setting up a vote.
Reply to this thread with any nominations, if you please.
Criteria: The nominee cannot already be in charge of a village.
Other than that, simply submit your nomination with the following form:
Nominee: (username here)
Reason: (state why you think that member is fit for the job.)
You cannot nominate yourself. You may submit more than one nomination, but you may not duplicate nominations.
Once I have a few nominations I will post up a voting thread in the main forum.
Whoever has the most votes wins, or alternatively if they do not wish to take the job, the runner-up will get it, and so on and so forth.

Nominee: I am your reflection
Reason: She is a long-standing member of the guild, is nothing short of fantastic in the RP department, is already a crew member, is levelheaded enough to handle kage responsibilities...
Nominee: the worst mule ever
Reason: I know her personally and trust her greatly, as do many of the other members. She has great rping ability and knows quite a bit about the Naruto Universe.
Nominee: Sir Elric Bloodbane
Reason: Because he has actually evolved past the point he was at when he joined, I know him personally, and because I feel he could do reasonably well.

Seriously. Who even goes to Sound anymore. The only people there is Karu and sometimes tsukiko and I think now that Solvars gone Tsukiko won't have a reason to stay in Sound. Which is why I say BLOW IT UP!
But for a nomination then I'll have to Say:
Sir Elric Bloodbane: Because he's donated a huge amount to the guild and has second to most post for non-crew member. However, he has not been active as of late so eh.
Aarashi: Yes, I know several people may not like this but he is active. Has the most post for a non crew member already. Hell, he posted more then Solvar really. He's active and it's not like he has alot of characters to focus with(hehe. Yall know what I mean). I think he's a good candidate for it all. Now I know some people may have grudges against this person but putting personal feeling aside he is a logical choice. *Shrugs*
But quite honestly. I still go with the blow sound up plan. Lox, I already told you two ways we can do it. Fujin and Karu have a epic fight like the old days. That can easily destroy Sound. Or me and Blue get the twins. Do a epic Spirit Bomb. And thats the end of Sound. Easy and not much hassle. Anyone want to go with my plan? Anyone?

You know. I second Reflection. Worst Mule is ok too. But my vote is reflection. I'm afraid of Reflections characters and Orochimaru is suppose to be, "Holy s**t it's that guy. Keep your distance from him." kind of person. Reflection will do that.
Um, Lox. Worst mule ever will bring out the, "Give me your body, child" in Orochimaru and you know it. DO we really want that. I'd be afraid of poor Lillia.

I am your reflection: Not only because she is a Crew Member with a long standing history of being active (Silently so, might I add.), is able to fly under the radar like Crew are suppose to be able to, has mad RPing skills, and scares the sh*t out of most of the Crew without doing a single thing (Love it!).
And I have to think a little longer on the others.

I fourth Reflection simply because she is a great Rper and even though she seems busy at the moment she's the most logical for the job.
I second Arashii simply put he is active most of the time and he would make a good runner up if Reflection refused. (Shut it, I know) Although i think he may need time i think he can handle Kage.

But dudes, I request that we not let the one who gets chosen to go overboard with Orochimaru. Like new jutsu for him is fine, but no giving out Curse Marks willy-nilly (I can't believe I used that word... >__> ). I am going to make some regulations for Otogakure.

Speaking of the curse marks, I'm going to need to edit the new one as I forgot to add something rather important... those who have existing curse seals can upgrade if they so choose, with Orochimaru's permission.

I don't know bout the curse seals but Kabuto may want to get orochimaru out of there or else Orochimaru is dead.

Well Fujin and Karu/Amano are currently fighting in Jouhei Oto place and Orochimaru is there along with Kabuto.

Last time i heard about Karu and Fujin going at it, there was the destruction of a ramen shop and about a 2/3 of the buildings around it.
