"Their are many forms of chakra in this word, but I suppose we shall start with the basics. The first thing you should be aware of is that chakra is energy and that most chakra is derived either from the body or the soul." She explained.

"Chakra created from the body is easiest for most to use and increase. Simply working out can increase your stamina and the more stamina you have the more you can convert to chakra. But remember that to use all of your stamina is to risk death."

"Conversely spiritual chakra can only be gained through meditation and exploring your inner self beyond the body. It's very hard to increase but those who do manage it tend to be increadably powerful." She explained.

"There's more to it then that but I don't want to overload you with too much information at once. For now we'll start by working on controlling the chakra you already have rather then increasing the supply. It's easier to learn how to use it when you have a small bucket to draw upon rather then a lake like myself after all." Midori said with a grin.

Plucking a feather off of one of her wings she handed it to her student. "Place this in the palm of your hand and try to use your chakra to make it float." She instructed
