and was completely disappointed. It really shouldn't be that hard to translate from written word to script. It's like if they took a picture and put tracing paper over it, but traced so far off the lines it doesnt even look like the same picture.
Yes, they did an EXCELLENT Job casting. They got everyone down correctly there...but jacob got waaayyy to much airtime for this movie (compared to what he was supposed to) and Waylon Forge??? that was completely unnecessary. It's like the cut out important things and replaced it with stuff that wasnt even in the book. Why did they change the name of the biology teacher?? Why did they put gym class before lunch??
I'm not one to read normally - and i'm especially not one to pay so much attention to detail. All i know is they really screwed this movie up.
The only thing i liked was the baseball scene - and even then that's because they used a Muse song.

i think they could've done better i mean...when did they go up in a tree? and just the whole process of them falling in love was shortened...a lot
but i thought the casting was good...they matched everyone up pretty well but i think they should've done more of Bella and Edward falling in love
and my favorite scene.... The Baseball Scene.that was awesome...and the song was good biggrin

Baseball scene was my favourite, and I tried very hard to listen for the soundtrack. But I only heard Muse, Clair De Lune (Duh...) and that forsaken lullaby (which I am warming upto).
I think Kristen Stewart acted her role better than what Robert Pattinson did. I still can't get over how many faces Rob pulled, and can still be considerred attractive.
