Palkia lv. 100 Spacial Rend, Aqua Tail, Blizzard, Dragon Pulse
Rhyperior lv. 100 Rock Wrecker, Hammer Arm, Protect, Earthquake

Hyper Beam on Blaziken? Come on, now. If it was giga Impact I would just shrug, but not only does Hyper Beam not supported by Blaziken's atk, it cost him a turn. How are the EV trained, anyway? That alone makes a world of differance. And natures.
Aqua Tail is not a special. Surf would be better for palkia. Though, Plakia, Celebi, and Zapdos? Are so many legnedaries in one team really nessicary? Not to mention not all properly trained.
Your Weavile is the worst. Ice, Dark Pulse, Hail, Assurance, none of it goes together. Weavile has a base Atk of 120, yet only a base SpAtk of 45. And all of these attacks work with its SpAtk. I don't think I've seen a Weavile so poor.. You need to re think your strategies.

Angelheart1700 Could you rate my team? I'd like to know what's good and what needs to be changed. Also, what items do you think they should hold? Blaziken lv. 100 Blaze Kick, Sky Uppercut, Hyper Beam, Thunderpunch Get rid of Hyper Beam. Why would you put that on in the first place?Palkia lv. 100 Spacial Rend, Aqua Tail, Blizzard, Dragon Pulse Legendaries, I refuse to rate them because they involve no skill to useRhyperior lv. 100 Rock Wrecker, Hammer Arm, Protect, Earthquake Eh, its ok. There are better move sets but this one works.Zapdos lv. 100 Rain Dance, Thunder, Aerial Ace, Drill Peck See above.Weavile lv. 100 Dark Pulse, Hail, Assurance, Ice Beam Wut? Why? I am failing to understand this pokemon. Weavile uses attack not special attack. What are you thinking? REDO! Ice Shard should be on there. Doesn't do the most damage but it goes first, unless extreme speed or Fake Out are used. Hail? I guess as a back up I dunno I wouldn't put it on. Stick Night Slash on there. Breed it and give it Crush Claw for some fun to.Celebi lv. 100 Leaf Storm, Future Sight, Heal Bell, Phychic See above.Well... you didn't give me to much info to work with but your team needs some work little Missie.

I agree with the above post; the more information, the better. Angelheart1700 Could you rate my team? I'd like to know what's good and what needs to be changed. Also, what items do you think they should hold? Blaziken lv. 100 Blaze Kick, Sky Uppercut, Hyper Beam, Thunderpunch Let me explain why Hyper Beam is a bad move. 1. It has base 150 power: while this is nice, considering that your pokemon isn't the normal type, Blaze kick is doing just as much damage, and given the rest of the moveset, launching from the better stat. 2. It causes your pokemon to rest a turn: this is basically a death sentence and can even lead to a clean sweep of your team. Rock Slide, Stone Edge, and Swords Dance are good replacement options. Even if you don't like repeating types, Fire Blast and Overheat are also good options, as they allow you an alternate attack for those tougher opponents, and even untrained it packs quite the punch. Good item choices are Expert Belt, Life Orb, and Choice Band.Palkia lv. 100 Spacial Rend, Aqua Tail, Blizzard, Dragon Pulse Spacial Rend is broken as all sin; why would you need Dragon Pulse? Thunder or Thunderbolt are good replacement options. The lustrous orb is probably its best hold item, but Choice Specs and leftovers are good too if you happen to have extras.Rhyperior lv. 100 Rock Wrecker, Hammer Arm, Protect, Earthquake Rock Wrecker is a bad move for pretty much the same reasons Hyper Beam on Blaziken is a bad call. Rhyperior is usually strong enough to KO with Stone Edge/Rock Slide; the extra power is overkill and the loss of a turn can hurt the entire team. Leftovers, Expert Belt, or Choice Band, (if you want to try something different), are good item choices, as are the Zoom and Wide Lenses.Zapdos lv. 100 Rain Dance, Thunder, Aerial Ace, Drill Peck Drop Aerial Ace and the Rain Dance/Thunder combo for the more efficient Thunderbolt, Light Screen, and Roost. Proceed to annoy people to death/win matches. Leftovers is the best item for this set, but a Charti Berry would work wonderfully too. Weavile lv. 100 Dark Pulse, Hail, Assurance, Ice Beam I'd hate to do this, but I completely agree with what's already been said, attitude and all. Weavile is a powerful pokemon that can threaten entire teams simply because of its raw speed; its mere presence will scare the opponent witless till it actually attacks. Starting over, I'd try for Ice Punch, Brick Break, Night Slash, and either Swords Dance, Ice Shard, Fake Out, or Pursuit. Good items are Focus Sash, Choice Band, Life Orb, and Expert Belt; defense is a farce for this pokemon, and a bad one at that, so don't even bother with berries.Celebi lv. 100 Leaf Storm, Future Sight, Heal Bell, Psychic Replace Future Sight with Wish, Grass Knot, or Energy Ball and you've got yourself a decent support pokemon. Leftovers would be best, but resistance berries, Sitrus Berry, or Wise Specs would work too. This team is good, and an impressive first attempt at competitive play. Right now I'd give it a 3/5; Palkia is considered unfair on most standards because of its sheer power. Apart from that, you have a problem with priority moves and Ice type attacks, which are fairly common.

Many thanks to Mirri for actually giving helpful advice and for grading fairly.
Mitsuko, aside from telling me what I already knew, you provided absolutely no information.
And to answer your question, Mirri, I put Dragon Pulse on Palkia for two reasons: One, because of STAB, and Two, to help take care of it's only weakness: Other Dragons.

You seem to have mis-understood something; Spacial Rend and Dragon Pulse are both dragon type moves.
While it's not uncommon for a pokemon to carry two moves of the same type, one move is vastly different from the other. Both moves in question launch from the same stat, but Spacial Rend has higher base power AND a high crit-hit ratio; why hinder yourself by keeping a move that is basically a weaker version of what you can already do?
