I haven't read poor Stryker's book yet. But I've understood a bit more about him since the ending of Ravyn's Book. It made me like him a whole lot more.

I think in this book he's such a sissy! (for lack of a better word!) His wife is even more of a badass than he is, it was cute and it revealed (sp?) a truck load of things but his character was seriously lacking in the evil bad boy department.

It made Stryker seem so....wimpy. Screwed up his evil bad guy image.

It may have "screwed up" his bad boy image, (Which I don't think so) but it still gave him a reason as to why he did everything he does. I liked his story and that it was so surprising.
Which book is Ravyn's story? I have not heard of that one...
Please tell!

She was showing that he had a heart. Besides, had it been any other woman than one he cared about I can guarantee she wouldn't have been anywhere near as bad-a** as Stryker.

I know! I thought somehow by the end of the book he would change but I guess that will ruin the plot for the rest of the story. It's not like the whole Daimon civilization would follow him anyway, if he became "good", they still need human souls don't they? Or was that fixed at the end of the book??? **goes of to read the book again**
What do you guys think 'bout the whole Nick situation?

I actually liked the book a lot. No doubt there's going to be someone bigger and badder than Stryker and we were seeing his human side for when he turns over permanently...? Anyways, I'm looking forward to hearing more about his daughter and Jared, not necessarily together, though. (In the beginning, I got Jared mixed up with Jaden. I had to go online to clarify it and I only remembered, after the fact, that I should have checked my "Dark Hunter Companion" which needs updated anyways...)
I also want a story on Dayven! Love yaoi boys!
Nicky... no comment. I'm at a loss for words on that.
