I enjoyed this episode. Especially the beginning... I guess that's kinda of what I thought a Ra'da Han (sp?) would be like.

yea it was a cool Ra'da Han thing but I cant imagine zedd getting stuck in one, lol.

I was kind of confused by this episode, I mean really what happened to the end of the last episode? Weren't they talking about going to some city to follow darken Rahls men but the city had been under rocks for alot of years or whatever? How come that didnt happen in this episode? It wasnt even mentioned, lol.

Anyone else find that odd?

Well anyways Shirtless Richard= Good episode biggrin

I did a fan girl squee giggle when I saw the half nakedness..... n.~

-nods- Also, the Rada-han, I was surprised. I imagined it would be thinner and not so big. -shrugs- But hey, it was interesting to get to see one so soon.
I can't wait for this Saturday's episode, seems we get to see Shota at last!!!

I am thoroughly disappointed with this episode. First off, the Rada'Han was way too thick from what was described in the books and it was never mentioned until Stone of Tears. Second, as it has been said before, Zedd is the only other known wizard aside from Giller and Darken. Third, you see Zedd locking the Rada'Han with an actual key. Fourth, the Quillion was supposed to glow orange when it held the power of a wizard and only absorbed the gift by skinning the wizard or through continuously focusing the gift from the wizard and into the Quillion.

*Sigh* They are seriously ruining the story line for me. Although aside from the arc this series' story is taking, I am enjoying the look and feel of it.

I've thrown out the fact that they are completely butchering the books so besides the butchering I found the episode great, especially the fact of a shirtless Richard. User Image

I have too, but at the same time I look ahead to what they could do with a second series. If they begin by butchering the story line now, then I see no possible way that they could turn Stone of Tears into Season 2. Even if it is a bit butchered.

Why couldnt they turn the 2nd series into the 2nd book?

The 2nd book is mainly Richard at the Palace of the prophets and sisters of the dark and stuff, they could still do it.

True, but they already revealed the Sisters of the Light as a good and friendly bunch within the Midlands. You have to remember that Richard is taken by the Sisters to a place where no one else could reach him.

Very true, but whose to say there cant be more than one place where the sisters of the light live?

Because they were sealed away with the Old World 3000 years ago. Only once could the magic be granted to pass you through the wasteland and back, therefore keeping any chance of Sisters outside the Old World to being no more than a couple.

Besides, Sisters are hundreds of years old. Only the Palace of the Prophets keeps them alive. Should they exist anywhere else, they would be weak, unexperienced, and not have but a fraction of the knowledge Sisters at the palace have.

Sisters of the Light have never been a part of the Midlands.
