Abel groaned as he rose in the grassy feild. His limbs were broken and horrifically mutilated, with long gashes and bones that stuck out gorily. he rolled his eyes as he set them back into place, watching the wounds heal with satisfaction. His healingt attribute was magnified by the severity of the wound, soi as not to waste energy. Because he'd held onto them, the others were luckily close by. Shade lay beside him, as she was tucked under his arm. Lucien was stuck in a tree, and he found Roizalin nearby, with hundreds of bits of metal. Obviously both of the ladsies had reflexively sheilded themselves from impact. He collected eveyone and set them up against a tree, sitting down and cleaning his older blades to pass the time as he waited for them to wake and he formed battle plans. ... just in case. After an explosion that huge, there was no telling what had been uinleashed on the world. Obviously, he was the frontman, the one to take point. His greatest strength was his attacking power and durability. As for Lucien... He would remain rear support and artillary. He also had a very sharp mind. Perhaps he could find weaknesses even his own intellect couldn't pinpoint. As for Shade and Rozalin, they were unknown factors. He had no idea what degree either had.
He sighed as he sat there, cross-legged. It was going to be a very, very, long day.

Shade had more or less solidified a shell around herself before teh impact, it had cracked in several places, but other then a few bruises she herself was fine. She moved and let the shadow dissolve away as she sat up near Abel. "What the hell happened?" she asked groggily, rubbing her head. She looked around, taking count of who was close by and where they...uh, weren't actually. "Where's site 1?"

"Annihalated." he said simplky, in the cold manner he always did. "Dumbass Overseer destroyed it with a portal storm. He should have known better than to tamper with things like that." he said. "We haven't been properly introduced." he said. "My name is Abel. You already know my subordinate..." he pointed at the man who had irrationally managed to keep his wide hat. "Lucien." he looked around, inhaling the air. "Ah, Iceland. We were lucky. However..." he looked at her in the eyes, revealing a soft glow in the back of his own. "The world is incredibly dangerous rtight now. Everything that was in Site One is free now.

Shade looked around, it felt off to be out in the open with out restraints. She liked it though and teh wide grin on her face as she stretched out and laid back was proof of that. "Ha ha! Freedom!" she yelled happily, wincing as she felt the pull of a bruised muscle. She moved however and stood up. "Everything's loose huh?" she asked. "Well I guess that means the other Sites will be on high alert."

"It'll take a while for Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, and Seven to get off their respective asses." Abel said. And even when they do, they won't be able to do much. One was the strongest, and they only get weaker as youy go down the chain. Naturally, that means their men are comparatively weak." he sighed as he stood at last, stretching. "So. How powerful are you, exactly?

"Her power's off the scales. If you want to rank her by number, 1 being s**t-poor and 10 being piss-your-pants, she's about an 8 with the potential to be a 10. Rozalin's power level is the same...in a sense. She had the potential to hit 10, but at the moment remains rather low, about a 5. I doubt either of them will peak their potentials given neither one has the personality of a warrior. They're survivors, and one's a healer. They're perfect for support and espionage." He'd fix his hat, that being his honest first priority. How he kept it was far beyond him, though he'd of cried without it. He'd look to his left arm, specifically his bicep, which had been shattered and turned to mush from the kickback of the blast. He'd arch a brow, then look to his coat...a Derringer. That was it. Thankfully he relied on his ammo more than his guns, but Christ.
"So, I was right. He was ******** up in the head and had nowhere to go but down. I love bein' right. And I gotta say, the green scenery ain't half bad. Kinda makes me the opposite of pissed, whatever the hell that is. Kinda PISSED I lost my guns n' beer, though. Reality sucks too much to go without shootin' n' drinkin'. OH! And if everyone from the site's free, you might wanna kiss your asses goodbye. Doubt my boss is gonna take kindly to all the horseshit that's transpired."

"At least you have your hat." Abel commented dryly. "So. We have a few options remaining." he said, crossing his arms. "We can head to the nearest city and hope it's still a city. We can wait for contact from Two or Three. Or we can roam and deal wioth unsavory SCP, who'd we be bound to run into anyway."

"I'm none to keen on the idea of going back to any Site, so I choose either option A or option C." Shade said flatly. She walked up a hill a bit and looked around. "There's a small town down that way." she pointed.

"Site one was an anomoly, Shade. The other's aren't very bad at all..." he looked in the direction she pointed. "Shade... look." he pointed above the town. Birds circled it. But they were too big to be birds. "Winged humanoids..." he said quietly. "We must be careful if we head that way."

"Few Avians freak you out? Nothing like a flying ******** to confuse people." He'd slowly get to his feet and tuck his right elbow in to the arm of his coat to allow a bit of support. He'd take a look out, his eyes flashing indigo for a split second, then laugh a bit. "Humanoids with white wings. Doubt anyone's gonna believe they merged with doves or anythin' else I say. But, I ain't a fan of sites either, and I think I'll avoid that crap unless ordered otherwise. If they're hostile, we kill em'. If they're friendly...I may still kill em'! Ain't like we're pushovers. 'Least I ain't. Where there's a down, there's food. Where there's food, there's bread. Where there's bread, there's yeast. And where there's yeast, there's beer! Maybe a doctor somewhere, I dunno. You two can talk plans n' all that crap. I'm freakin' thirsty...just helped blow up a wannabe-God. Need my damn reward! Probably gonna need to shoot somethin' for it..." Most of it was ramblings to himself, given he no longer had a set path in his mind. He was just awaiting orders from his boss, which meant he'd take in life for all it was worth...and run his mouth even more then usual. Somewhere in his speech he'd of pulled out his lil' Dillenger, thanking God he was ambidextrous. Still mumbling, he'd start heading to town, hardly phased by the idea of flying people.

Abel palmed his face. "That idiot." he grumbled. "Has it occured to you that these are different than what you kno-" A lance of white fire slices the ground hin front of them, one of the avians hovering overhead. "Fee, new victims. New slaves." it sais with glee and a soft voice. It points to them, and white light bundles up at the fingertip, yearning to be released. "You'll resist, right? I can kill you, then..."

Rozalin would wake up, her head was pounding, and the metal protecting her would fall around her as soon as those golden eyes would open. Her hair was beyond a mess, and her outfit was almost ripped to pieces,a piece of broken glass was stuck in her left arm and she winced. "S-shade..." The good doctor looked around all she really saw was a blur, holding her head she'd see Lucian and Abel. "W-what happened...."

He'd stop as the attack was made, seeming to become still as a statue. He'd look to the avian creature, then shake his head before once again adjusting his hat. He'd keep the Derringer in hand for a moment, though it it's own blinding light it'd come to aim at the winged creature. "I'm gonna assume you're stupid as ********' hell and can't friggin' hear. As I told the guy that just freakin' saved me: I'm goin' to down, I'm gettin' wasted, and with enough luck I'll get a nice lay. No egg-shitting light-lovin' deformity of God's creation's gonna stop me. You shoot, I shoot. I just got blown from point A to point freakin' Z. Think I can handle a shot from a flyin' turkey n' a shot from my itty bitty cannon. Dark meets lights and we both suffer! Or, I could just kill you right now n' provide your race a bit a' genocide if you decide to piss off the guy that helped build this chaotic world!" At no point would he actually look at the avian. He'd just talk and wait for a response.

"Toooh, you released us? How kind!" it said, preparing another blast. It's hand fell off and to the gound, the creature screaming in agony as it flew away. "I can see why you think the way you do, Lucien." he said, holding out his hand, the javelin reappearing. "Nuica-" A beam decapitated him, from afar. His limp body fell to the earth. The avians in the far distance laughed and more lanced the earth around Lucian.

"Dammit, I tired of this whole killing for teh pure joy of it crap!" Shade moved and pulled teh shadows together and formed a thick solid wall, cutting off the lances, but leaving a few burnt out pits in her defense. "Ick....just when I get out of a light filled room." She re adjusted her glasses and moved to Rozalin. "Out of teh tree Doc." She said, having a shadow slide her out and down carefully, before wrapping it around the bleeding cut. "Let it sit for awhile, it'll mimic skin until the bleeding stops." she instructed. "Yo, Gunslinger, beer might have to wait."
