Tom Nook Points
When you spend money in Tom Nook’s store, you earn a point for every 100 Bells you spend. Purchase the items listed below from Tom Nook for the corresponding amount of points earned.
500 Points - Banana
800 Points - Triple Shells
1,000 Points - Yoshi’s Egg
2,500 Points - Bad Bro ‘Stache
3,000 Points - Toad Hat
4,000 Points - Peach’s Parasol
5,000 Points - Hero’s Clothes, Varia Suit, or Wario Hat
6,000 Points - Hero’s Cap, Majora’s Mask, or Samus Mask
6,500 Points - Midna’s Mask
10,000 Points - Kart

i got a muchroom head koopa shell and ? block from ballons and is it true that when you buy exchange presents that the points you use go away

I haven't tried to exchange any Nook Points, so I don't know if they go away or not.

Yes they go away, however your accumulative point total which is all the points you have ever had, goes towards gaining new levels of nook discounts and such.

I'm trying for the nintendo theme also. XD
I have the brick flooring and mushroom wallpaper for it.
Plus, all the balloon drop items are awesome.
(especially the fire bar. It plays mario dungeon music. so you don't need a radio. :3)
And yes, tit subtracts from the points you have, but not from the total point count, as leo said.

Does anyone know if the items that cost between 100s carry over?
In example, if I buy two furniture items.
One costs 230 Bells
One cost 170 Bells.
Do I have 3 points, or 4?
Answer would be great, source included would be better.

Best thing I learned was to save money, then buy the Moon on a x5 points day. I jumped six thousand points in a day. But it costs near 170,000 bells for that.
