This is the skeptic discussion, is it not? I am showing a skeptical viewpoint. And if you moved the coffee mugs, you could alter the direction of the wheel. Being insentient and inanimate, they can't do this on their own. So where a human hand can move change the direction by moving, so could a coffee mug.
So what exactly are you being skeptical of? The ability or the supposed videos of the ability? If it's the former then I once again state that no amount of Internet proof is sufficient as anyone can do anything on the Internet, given current ease of photo manipulation. I doubt anyone really wants to fly across the country (or world) to watch someone spin a paper or foil vane with their mind with their own two eyes.
If it's the videos then I have to agree. Here's something I have bookmarked:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w86hDdUD03o&search=metaphysicsI think it proves a good point.
Also, I'd like to know if they measured how hot the mugs were while this was going on and compared that to the body heat emitted from a person's palms. All this does is prove that mugs full of hot water can potentially do the same thing as someone using psychokinesis on a psi wheel.
